Back in 2001 Mike was constantly talking about Deftones as one of his biggest inspirations... seeing him and Chino collaborating is just amazing.
Same with MGK and linkin park.. This song feels like a grandpa-father-son fandom deal xD It's great.

chino is simply one of the best singers on the scene. He always manages to make everything ethereal, atmospheric and heavenly with his voice, and even when he screams he manages to give the right aggressive but at the same time angelic atmosphere.
Two of my favorite artists and MGK. Chino’s voice is ‘soul hugging’ good and Mike’s confidence is addicting. Heck props to MGK he did an awesome job.

Darth Anakin deftones have been my favorite band since their introduction. I'm a 40 yr old man and Chinos voice gives me chills on so many of their songs. I was crushed when Chi passed and I'm sorry to say that Sergio will never compare to Chi! I actually started playing Bass because of Chi. Played in a band for a few years too. I've also followed some if Chinos side projects, and Team Sleep was pretty good.😎Music makes my world go round man, and alot of music marks events in my life. Rock on bro.

Chester is one of the greatest singers of all time. Period. He has this triple layered voice, this higher then normal pitched voice we all love. He can go from a great ballad to an amazing metalsong or he can still perform a ballad like Rolling in the deep by adele(Would love to see you react to that) after more then 1 hour of screaming and scringing and singing! Like how?. Sing like an angel and scream like a beast! I love how you find all the early stuff you listened (except One More light which was a recent song) to already different from eachother as Linkin Park goes way different further into their career. They never stoped expirimenting, and thats where mostly Mike Shinoda comes in, he is a mastermind, a workaholic, an Emcee, guitarist, vocalist.. You name it! He wrote a big majority of Linkin Park's stuff. Ofcourse Chester has some lyric credits but Mike man, He has it all too.

It's so hard to resist anything to do with Linkin Park, and I do resist because they helped me through my childhood. It's that sort of feeling that you have something, them, because they filled the void in us. Yes we had you Chester and Linkin Park, and now we don't, it's not the same without him. Damn we miss you Chester, it's a hurt we can never feel the same with anything or anyone else. So when i give in, it's like time freezes and i once again feel the hole where Chester is meant to be and it makes me want to just go out in the rain, drop to my knees and cry out. It's unbearable.
