I adore softball so much. It is so much more entertaining to watch than baseball. Like, the cheering from other teammates, the hugs, the entire atmosphere is just amazing!! I miss playing it so so much when I was in middle school (I quit bec I never had time to practice once I started highschool)

As a Brazilian (and not very knowledgeable about this sport) I find it very cool the fact that it is possible for skinny and chubby women to play together, I mean, I don't think there are many sports in which this is possible.
Honestly there are a bunch where you can be both chubby or skinny: Golf, Badminton, Tennis, Softball, Soccer, etc. Often times chubby people have the same amount of physical fitness and endurance but just are larger 👍🏽

they know that but obviously when you’re in the moment, there is so much tension and intensity that they just do it anyways, because they want it that badly. i like it cause it shows how serious and passionate they are for the game 🤷🏾♀️

Exactly! Diving into first is only effective if a tag is being applied to try to avoid it, otherwise your momentum is going forward

Love softball, but we really gotta start talking about making 75 foot bases. These are grown women playing on a base distance I did when I was 12.

also the bat is thinner, the pitches are more confusing (to hit and throw), and standards are higher
