Great stuff. Reminds me of why I used to watch baseball. Gotta say, some of batters got contact on some pretty decent pitches. A number right on the edge of the strike zone and against most defenses would have ended up as hits. good play all around.
I learned to love and understand the game when I was a little girl sitting on the couch with my Daddy watching the Saturday game of the week. Very precious memories.
Nice throw at 1:04 but he was safe. Watch the replay at 1/4 speed and you can still see the ball as the runner touches the bag. Ump messed that one up.
the lovely thing in the American sports... (American football-hockey-Baseball) English rugby... the lovely thing is the audience..... the presence of large amount of audience makes me happy ❤😘🥰😍
I agree. It is not a betrayal to applaud a good play from the opposing team. I live in Phoenix and witnessed my St. Louis Cardinals take a beating from the Dbacks and I had a stupid smile on my face cuz I was at a major league stadium, drinking beer and watching baseball. Good times.
So personal story, when I was in little league I was playing left field and a ball was hit way over my head. I turned around and started running but I knew I had to hustle to even have a chance of catching up to the ball. While I was still running and without looking back I put my arm straight up with my glove facing behind me and somehow managed to catch the ball, luckiest catch of my life. I wish I had video of it but it was back in the 90's and I doubt anyone was even filming the game.
Probably by thinking "lets see, which of these plays are so commonly seen that everybody is sick of seeing them in every single compilation? I want to leave those out."
It bothers me that we get "WHAT A PLAY!' calls on what should be for Major League Players routine plays. High School and Collegiate, sure. 18U and lower amateur all leagues, sure. But that's why you watch lower level ball, to watch the skills develop and the spectacular become the routine. Coaching 10-11-12U and having to break you middle infielders of the habit of trying to make a jump throw to first when the runner isn't halfway to the bag yet is frustrating when they put it in the dugout.
It is because of plays like this that I love baseball so much. Ir _IS_ America's sport!
Damn right. Fuck football.

I don't care who you cheer for, you don't boo an athletic play, you enjoy it for what it is

Bullshit. If that's how you do it, fine, but don't tell us what to do

Any defensive play involving Javy Baez is gonna be top notch

A few might have been overturned, but the athleticism is absolutely amazing!
Yes, at 1:10, the baserunner clearly beat the throw.
At 4:53 , do they still say tie goes to the runner?
Excellent compilation, thank you, sir 🏆
I’m a Rockies fan but I still love to see insane plays by Arenado even if it isn’t on the Rockies

Some are realistic. Some look like the early 2000s moon physics in video games
5:16 Kemp with the self compliment. Looks like he said " That was nice"
I love baseball
most underrated baseball channel
Kinda looks like this compilation was just taken from ones from some of the edits cutting clips out partially. So not really that praiseworthy
This why these guys get paid the big bucks..
MLB third basemen are amazing.
Austin Riley >>>
Es safe en la jugada del min 1:04, si lo ven en camara superlenta, se ve que el corredor llego antes.
Por lo general toda jugada cerrada es cantada out, esta muy cerrada mi hno, y la cantan out 😆
Just picture yourself on the receiving end of the bet.
Cursing all these plays 😂
Glad to see my Diamondbacks got some love in this.
Dreamwork makes the team work
Fantastic plays!
1:14 Safe, but damn that was a great throw (always like the splits catches too).
number 4 play is my nephew Joshua BALCARCEL pronounced BAL CAR CELL!!! NOONE CAN EVER GET IT RIGHT. ANYWAY Congratulations Josh!!!
Who?
being a baseball player these are absolutely insane and unreal
0:31 is probably the craziest play i've ever seen lmaooo so much skill & so much luck all at once
I love his team rushing to hold him up after the catch 5:47
I know the rules of this game from the American movies... it's lovely game... ❤
It is refreshing to see pro ball players actuall go for the big plays again.
lol fuckin what the fuck are you talking about lmao
It should be called "unrealistic plays but they get more realistic."
MLB players or any professional player for that fact, just aren’t humans
Edmundo Sosa had an unrealistic play. Snatched a liner that should’ve been a single or perhaps a double.

I swear if this video was 5 hours long I would watch the whole thing and be disappointed that is wasn't long enough

Adrian Beltre and Elvis Andrus have something to say
This is why baseball is and always WILL BE America's sport.

Whaaat, clickbait with the thumbnail being the first clip. Nice.
Not a single play from Rey Ordonez. Iykyk
Top game
Just my opinions, but announcers who use the phrases "are you kidding me?" and "holy mackerel" should no longer be announcers.
3:22 up the middle, Valaskes, DIES
Most of those plays are not "unrealistic". They are very good plays, but not at the level of "unrealistic".
How have i never seen that Mark Buerhle clip????
99% of these plays were realistic
7:00. My favorite. What's yours?
Arcia is dead last, iffy asf, no way a simple glove flip beats that jump. Its not like arcia turned two and thats coming from a braves fan.

What is this? A compilation of Tony Kemp plays?

The play at 59:59 was insane

I guess that might have been cute if it had been posted by an 8 year old.
Just an fyi that saved a new hitter 8:30
At 3:50 how is that a double play when the short stop doesn’t touch the bag
Yes he does, on the replay you can easily see.
Dude how do you leave out Rizzo walking the bleachers for a foul ball

the flexibility at 14:46 amazes me so much
Oh how adorably cute. You're so original, nothing like the dozen or so other people who made this super funny joke. Oh my sides.

8:49 that’s allowed
12:21 seconds and not a single Baltimore Orioles highlight. Having watched Orioles for years, I am a bit insulted.

Piss-poor editing. If you’re going to chop up and re-use other people’s highlight reels, you could at least cut the clips before the next one starts
2 ho3 jugadas de 6 pero en general fueron auts

Uhhh no

A basic understanding of punctuation usage could have saved you from fucking up that time stamp so bad.
These infielders are part feline.
All these catches would have been much more nicer one if it had been taken without being worn gloves .
