I will turn it around and say: Thanks for spending 23 minutes with us, Shaun! And what a fantastic harvest of coins. The 1872 shield I think you should have graded - I think it will fare well!
Choice selection. Plenty of collectors for SOTD's but for me it's a frosted BU rather than proof. Pre-33 American is fantastic. I never achieved MS grade on any incuse gold but did on a full eagle.
I like those 2002's. Looking at picking up a proof half, any advice on a fair price raw/graded? Also I see some hairlines on the reverse of the 1914 Indian. Not sure if they are cleaning lines though, just pointing them out
I personally wouldnt want to pay more than £350 on the proof half. They have crept in price but I would baulk at paying £400 plus. I need to go the coins I want to send in depth - sometimes I send coins in to grading purely for learning purposes as I can benchmark them - I didnt see the hairlines but equally I have been too busy to go over everything properly - its been a manic few days my end.
Some beauties there, for sure. I would grade the Indian head but probably not the very nice 1872 shield, unless it's a M(elbourne) mint. I couldn't quite make out the mark..go on Shaun, what is it?
Its a minefield usually - I would say that these coins are like comparing apples and apples so a 62 I think is around 750 give or take - the 64 Id put 1200 on it as it stands. With shields it really depends on the date and the relative grade compared to its peers
Shaun,is there a website where I can find the mintages of a 2010 gold Britannia ? I guess it’s probably a high mintage but I can’t find a decent reference site ?
please don't worry about the time I loved every minute. Is there a way of emailing you? as I have sent your a message on the Silver forum but I guess you are no longer looking at that.
Something new every video, thanks for making me jealous.
Never be Jealous - Think aspirational :D

It was a pretty sweet hoard that came in. The incuse indians are a nightmare to grade!
Wow I WANT that SOVEREIGN you sniped - its the 1989?
Its already packed to go to its new home sadly.
@@shaunoliver1703 cracking coin
nice lot
I am very happy to see a few of these coins - regardless of profit there is simply some nice bits that came in!

Its a London as it has a die number. I think it is a 62 but I will grade it just for a reference point when I get future shields in :)
Excellent shit
Beautiful eye candy
Some real nice bits in there on this batch - I am certainly happy (especially with the shield)

That Kangaroo looks awesome - just a bullion coin?
Hello - yes it is a bullion coin.

What's the difference between a 62 vs a 64 price wise on the sheildbacks new to collecting sovereigns, thanks in advance.
