Does the river flood? Being that close could be dangerous with the angry weather we saw in Spain. Italy also has earthquakes. Is this area subject to earthquakes? Charming home. Thank you for introducing this nice, private property.
I like it... an oasis in the town, very private sunken patio/veranda with the birds singing and the running of the water. Plenty of space inside and with the potential for another suite downstairs. ONLY deal-breaker is if the cat doesn't come with the sale of the property! 😉😅❤✌🙏

I'm a Brazilian/American who always lived in homes with bidet, even here in the US where they are almost nonexistent. I can't live without it, as you said, it's a big NO to me as well. But if I were to invest in this charming property I'd replace the toilets with a combination bidet/toilet. There are several sofisticated models nowadays runing on warm water. Yay!!! 😄
What a huge conclusion you have jumped to. Federico works at Romolini ! Also, Romolini is an affiliate of Christie's and so the listings are found in both places. Maybe in the future do some research before hurling insults? The presentation obviously took some work to put together and some of us appreciate it. If you can't say something positive and/or productive, how about just not posting?

I read all the posts and many people complaining/asking for the property value. I did not see a link with description and price , however Federico replied to a few the sale price as 299.000€. Come down people, no need to be angry. Federico did a great job showing this gem of a property, just failed to display the value. No big deal...
