Such a sweet home. So much could be done with flowers and just the most lovely places to sit out and the river and the sound of the water running from this river is perfect. So relaxing. It has everything needed in a home and much bigger than any one would think from outside! Peaceful, and just semes delightful. Great region as well. Thank you for showing ahead of listing, giving people time to keep an eye open for more info as it may come. Has such potential on outside, and the inside is perfect from the beginning. Perhaps the kitchen could use a bit of work, but most every room is very tastefully designed.
This house has been beautifully done up inside, all it needs is the outside doing up to the same standard which shouldnt cost much and it will be the most delightful place to live/holiday - perhaps even a pool could be elegantly squeezed in.
The house is wonderful because you conveyed its details in a professional manner. The price is relatively reasonable. The question is whether the price includes furniture and movables.

I love how you leave the big flashy properties to Danilo, and you show us properties for the real people. Haha. I wanted to comment on something you do very well: many realtors showing houses tend to move around too fast with the camera, and it actually makes the viewer a little nauseous with motion sickness. But you move slowly and don't bounce around, and that is what makes great real estate videos that are comfortable to watch.

I am in the process to sell a family property here in the South of France, and am looking to relocate to Italy, and particularly to the Tuscany / Emilia-Romagna area, which has great appeal to me. I now have one more reason to see that I manage the sale of our property in France swiftly, before your little house comes to hit the market. I am interested to know the area mapping so as to determine the proximity a little better although I am familiar with Sansepolcro.

Tiny house? Doesn't look tiny, small perhaps, depending on what you are comparing it with. Especially now we really do have tiny homes which are between 300 and 500 square feet, some are a touch less and some are a touch more. This house looks very livable, and as you said, cute.

I always get confused when I read title and later see the property. Title says farm house, picture shows little cottage, no out building no fruit trees or anything else resembles the to be farm house. For vacation house no swimming pool and no garage, confusing and price is bit ???
