these hypnosis vids are the main ones i keep rewatching right now, and this one essentially released my soul into the ether lol. the things that you repeat all thru the video is stuff that i've been trying to internalize for a long while now and just having you whisper them over and over continuously really helps my brain to settle into the moment instead of getting swept away by all my thoughts and things. it really felt like whatever negative energy i had stuck in me started evaporating into clouds of mist and blew away while i focused on breathing and accepting and releasing everything. this has been an epically soothing experience for me, on top of all the many rest ive had since i first discovered you. im really so glad i found you, it just feels like you put a lot of love out here for us ^-^
