- The white noise from this old fire heater is a very soothing sound which helps me to fall asleep in no time. I almost melt my camera trying to film this heater sleep sound 😆 Hope you enjoy, thank you for watching!

ℹ️ Tips for a good night sleep 👇
* Keep regular sleep hours - if possible go to bed at roughly the same time, this will programme your body to sleep better.
* Restful sleeping environment - your bedroom should be a peaceful place that helps you to fall (and stay) asleep. You can achieve this by controlling the temperature, lighting and noise level.
* Comfortable Bed - if your mattress is too hard or too soft it will be difficult to get restful sleep.
* Caffeine intake - cut down on caffeine in tea, coffee and energy drinks especially in the evenings. Caffeine disrupts the process of falling asleep and prevents deep sleep. Instead of caffeine, have herbal tea or a warm milky drink.
🎥 I personally record all my video and audio. Currently videos are recorded using an iPhone 12 Pro max, which is then edited on an iPad Pro using LumaFusion.These videos may appear simple but they normally take me at least one day to record and edit before uploading to UA-cam.

My gran had one of these in her bathroom. She would crank it on in the morning and it felt amazing getting out of a shower during the winter months. Her floors were covered in this cold tile so this little gem was perfect. Takes me back!
