Why Corsair doesn't have pciex 5.0 connector on psu side? As shown cable plugs into 2 "standard" pcie connectors all other psus have dedicated pciex 5.0 connector on psu side.
How about the top 5, 3rd party cables instead of power supply? The top 5 PCIe 5.0 Cables, ATX 3.0 12VHPWR Cable? for those that don't wanted buy a whole power supply just to get that 12VHPWR, PCIE 5.0 connection for their newest GPU's.
Ok,so, the MSI MEG Ai1300P PCIE5 1300 Watt is better than all of those that you listed. That is made by CWT " Channel Well technology", who makes Corsair PSU's.
If I have a power supply with 12VHPWR port onboard, can I use this cable to connect my ASUS ROG Strix RTX3080 with 3 8-pin connectors on it instead of using 3 x 8-pin to 3 x 8-pin?
Hello Good time you are good I want to get a 1600 watt power supply between Corsair and Asus, I don't know which one to get, please help me Thank you Thank you very very much
I have two of the 1000W BeQuiet Dark Power 13's. They're both going back, one has fan buzzing/rumble at all speeds and the other has coil whine under all loads. Do not recommend.
makes me wonder if going with a new psu and rtx 4080 is going to be worth it vs keeping the corsair 850i and going with a 8pin variant of the rtx 4070. (I don't think they make 8 pin variants for higher than the 4070)
I have a corsair RM 850 and it's now 4 years later very noisy. And I'm not the only one, I have found that a lot of people with 750 850 or 1000w and they have the same problem. A power supply that got very noisy in litlle years of use. I will change it and never buying a corsair power supply ever again.
it's not corsairs fault, new gpus require new power supply. they made it to force people buy new hardware often (or companies go bankrupt if people will buy it once 10years). yeah, it's a horrible
You are doing a veeeeery crappy job presenting the psu cables and the psu slots ,you never mention how many eps cables are there on any of the psus and actaully you messed up almost everything in this video except the prices ,why showing the inside of the psu if you have NO idea of its component. It is best for all viewers to watch another video or go and see other legit reviews in toms hardware, teckpower up or hardware busters if they are really intrested of buying any of these expensive units.Hail!
So sorry, but your mouth is going faster than my ears. I don't know if it is because you are pressed for time or in need of a bathroom break, but if you would slow down with your dialog, I would be able to enjoy your review.
I like the video getting onto the subject right away without long, boring intro and explanations. Good video, keep up the good work.
I have an corsair 850i psu for over 10 years, no whining no problems no crashing. Go with corsair.
The #1 PSU doesnt even have the 12vhpwr connection? Seems irrelevant
are you blind watch it again it does time stamp 01:14
@@TheOne214 he's not blind no, you are dumb. He said #1 not #5 and connection not cable. FML some people, honestly 🤣🤦♂️

Because corsair is cheaping out
Its because the Corsair model are old and the 12vhpwr is a relatively new technology.

Why you prefer the corsair 1000w 80+gold on silverstone 1200w 80+platinum?

the cables not being sleeved feels so bad when you're paying around 300 for a high end psu

Corsair planned well, future proofed for the 12V 6+2 cable.
I've been hearing about this.. is the 12VHPWR going to have a short life or something?

Can i use the 12VHPWR cable for a 4070? Im thinking to buy the MSI psu but i don't understand if i can safely use that connection or not.
What do you think about Montech TITAN 1000W 80 Plus Gold ATX 3.0 ? cable 12VHPWR 600W power.
ByHello friends, please guide me. Do you think Silverstone HELA 1300R platinum power is better or Corsair RM1200X SHIFT?
I have two of the 1000W BeQuiet Dark Power 13's. They're both going back, one has fan buzzing/rumble at all speeds and the other has coil whine under all loads. Do not recommend.
For the msi does the 1000w run cooler and more quiet than an 850 with a modern i9 and 4080?
I wanted the shift but my case the psu is vertical so the fan would have to face inward and I am worried about airflow
And what about nzxt c1200? Is it also good for rtx 4090?
Corsair RM1000X Shift was my choice, but I see that it doesn't have 12VHPWR. So NZXT it is.
no seasonic? :)))
Bro went to amazon and sorted by price to make a video, literally pointless video.
Dude, Corsair has the best cable that gave you. They give you CPU individual braided cables, that's by far the best of what people are looking for.
thanks
CAN I USE THE 600w HIGH POWER CABLE TO POWER MY 4090? IR AM I MEANT TO USE THE PCIE ONES THAT SPLIT AT THE END?
RTFM
@@InfectedChris a shame ik what that means

Thats because half of these dont have true fluid dynamic bearings or whatever the companies choose to call them

Silver stone need to be num 1 wtf
Silver Stone makes Excellent power supplies so in this video it does especially because its the platinum one.
No mention of Seasonic. List instantly trash.

Cheating with top 1 PSU!
Corsair RM1000X Shift is not actually ATX 3.0. Very disappointing.
Corsair rm1000x is in fact atx3.0
But it doesn’t have native 12vhpwr port which is emberassing for corsair.
@@deivytrajanthey did that intentionally since the 12 + 4 is shit. New gpu's are already switching to 12 + 6
Huh? its ATX 3.0 certified. They have the connectors for it too.
