@@TheFlexxGarage Thanks for the advice. I had a cheap Aliexpress 3 piece front splitter on the car and it looked great, but I installed it before winter (I'm in NYC) and I don't even know when I lost the middle part of splitter during one of the Nor'Easters lol.
Wanna know something funny why I went Maxton but didn’t mention in the video? I had a 3 piece from eBay as my 2nd splitter. I drove it in the snow and I hit a small pile of snow that wasn’t shoveled and half of my splitter ripped off. Mainly the center. So I haven’t had a splitter on the car for months until I got the Maxton. I only had rear bumper extensions on and they look soooo out of place with no other ground effects on the car. I’m glad I have 1 kit that’s consistent in look and feel on the car now.
@@TheFlexxGarage lol I think we had the same splitter and we got rid of it the same way. I actually got it from eBay too. It's the rear diffuser (E63 style) that I got from Alliexpress for my E400 Wagon.
I have a c300 luxury and wanna do the same mods you did on your engine will it work with the c300 luxury ( it’s a 2017 w205)

There’s only 1 w205 c300 on my channel and only 1 diffuser video for this car on my channel. You’ll find the video with a basic search.

Nope. Still going strong on all pieces. Only issue I had was cracking the front lip cause I smashed into a curb. #UserError

Can’t. 2019 sport package c300 has a different front bumper but for the sides and back, it will work. You need to check with Maxton design before you buy.

I’m pretty happy with the results. I don’t think I’ve seen another c300 or c43 with this kit running around in my area. They only have a lip and diffuser but no side skirt extensions or rear bumper extensions.

@@TheFlexxGarage I am sooorry, my memory can tend to slip😅 but on another note, the aero really gives the car much more sharp lines. I’m personally not the biggest fan of the w205, I just think they look more round but everyone has their own cup of tea and I’d love to try yours one day

The screws go underneath so its just small hole that you're never gonna see
I got a question when you drilling the front lip to the bumper, does our bumper have a hole too? or you just drill pass through the bumper through the front lip hole?
Bumpers don’t come with holes. You need to drill into it.

Because I have the c300 sport. And you probably have the c300 base/luxury. Different front bumper and rear bumper from factory.

Go watch my trunk light bar video. The tips are still gloss black but the black paint kinda wore off.
Great kit. Rear bumper extensions looked goofy at first but man, it really looks good on the car. Also i like that the pieces aren't too thick/fat, doesn't seem to eat up too much clearance space. . I have a W204 and i just put on the "god hand" front bumper lip... It should be called a Jay Z lip cause that thing is fat af.
The godhand was my first splitter on my c250 like 4 years ago on my UA-cam channel. I liked it.

2020 c-class is slightly different then the pre facelift 2016-2019 c-class.

eBay. Go search your car year and model and see if that part you are looking for is shown installed on a same looking cars as yours. There’s no 1 place for parts for your car. You need to do the leg work and look around.

Hey man, I upgraded my steering wheel on my pre-facelift W205 with a facelift W205 steering wheel, I did everything the same as you did, but the buttons are not working? Do you know why? thanks
You can’t just slap any steering wheel on your car unless…
1) it was made for it. Like in my steering wheel video…I installed a “w206 style” wheel on my w205 because it was an aftermarket steering wheel designed for my w205.
2) you get your car programmed to accepted another car year’s steering wheel

Not enough. Only other option is super strength body panel adhesive glue.
Flexx I got some 3 piece sideskirts extensions but they don't sit straight because the w204 are slightly curbed what should I do?
Can’t do much. I think you got the universal ones I’ve seen on eBay. Those only work if the bottom edge of your oem side skirts are literally flat.

Check out the link in the description and see if there’s maxton parts for your car. If not, eBay will have stuff if your car is popular as a modifiable platform. PLenty of stuff for C-class but not sure about your E.

Hey flexx, I have had a problem with my 2014 c250 where when I push it a little and it goes over 6500-7000 rpms the car loses power and throws itself into limp mode and turns on the check engine light. After a couple times of turning the key and starting it the check engine light turns off. It’s been bothering me for a while because I like to have fun with me car, I’m not sure what it could be or if it mean it’s a big problem. Help would be much appreciated please and thank you!

how do you lift the car up now, since the sideskirts dont look like you can open the little doors at 6:17 ?
The same way I’ve always lifted it. Using the lift points on the pinch welds that’s behind that “door” by like an inch or 2.
I never use that jacking point inside that door.

As mentioned in the video, look in the description. Compatibility is on their website. The kit on my car was designed for a 2016-2018 c43 sedan.

I went to their website and they have it for your car. Go to "W205 C-Class Standard". In that section, they have a wagon on there but it's the same front bumper as the W205 luxury model. I'm not sure about the sideskirts/diffuser though.

Its just the same but without AMG, the AMG line changes the bumpers and adds a splitter

It’s actually an idea I’ve toyed with a few years back but decided not to do. I’m not really one to judge peoples cars and I don’t really wanna put peoples cars on blast. The internet is a terrible place and trolls are everywhere. I can deal the idiots (since they trash my videos all the time) but some people can’t so I don’t even wanna open that can of worms. sorry, I don't. These parts are a great value already compared to other stuff in the market. And alot of the stuff from MaxtonDesign is unique as well. You won't find it anywhere else. I think they are definitely worth it when you see it on your car.

if I were you, I'd place a preorder if you really want it. The entire aftermarket car industry is backlogged. And if these come in faster (alot of times they do), you will be in line to get yours first instead of waiting until they are available. Took me like 6 months to get my carbon wing for my R8 and that was a different company (not maxton). My maxton parts didnt take that long.

Hopefully most c43 owners aren’t simple minded and is not a dumb driver who thinks they are better than me just cause their cars slightly faster. I also see that I’m smarter as well cause they will attempt to race me and probably either get pulled over (and cited for an expensive ticket) or crash into innocent people cause they are dumb, trying to be better than another car by illegally racing in public streets.
So yeah, I saw what I saw. A cool c43 owner is one who respects other peoples builds. A dumb c43 owner is one who still has a childish brain that thinks racing in the streets is the way to prove you are better than someone else.
Idk about slightly they look the same but ones 255hp and one 385hp base and 450 performance tuned from Mercedes so I get the cheap mods and it’s cool but jealous I know damn well I’ll take my 3.0L v6 twin turbo with amg exhaust over any lower end c class it’s either the c43 or c63 in my book now if u can’t afford that that’s cool but don’t say we’re jealous no tf we’re not we could care less just like u build this shot outta that car and have fun but stay in ur lane still each car has its lane just like at the track they got a class.
