Therabody recently introduced 3 new massage guns. In this video, I highlight the most current line of Theragun models and compare the specifications and features of each device. 6th generation Theragun Pro Plus, 4th generation Theragun Relief and Sense, and the 2nd generation Theragun Mini.

I love how there's always a video available that's exactly what you're looking for. Thanks a lot!!

I completely agree. While the new pro features are cool, I think the only features that are worthwhile are the heated and vibrating attachments. I miss the adjustable arm and removable battery. I think anyone considering a mid-level device would be better off going to get the previous generation Elite and I think the mini 2.0 is a better value than the Relief. I don’t like that they scaled back the stroke length of the relief and sense as that was one of the most differentiating features of theragun conpared to other massage guns. I think it is overall a disappointing release of devices.

Thank you for the comparison video Pat. After watching your in-depth reviews on the latest models and after much thought, I cannot help but think that this year's models are all a step back, except for the Mini. Some good features taken away, some good features added. I think the Pro benefited the most, but at the cost of some big sacrifices, namely the lack of changable battery and fixed angle. I get the sense that possibly Therabody rushed to get this all done for the holiday season and had to make some sacrifices, but that's all a guess. I hope the next models for all tiers are back up to speed. I'd like to hear your honest feedback if you think this year's models were a step back, forward, neutral, questionable, etc. Always appreciate the content Pat, and thank you. Take care.

Hello and thanks for this knowledgeable review. For the Theragun pro 5th gen, and big difference from Theragun pro 4th gen? Thanks

How about the elite & prime?

They are both more powerful than the sense and relief. The elite is still one of the best values out there for the performance it delivers!

@BestMassageTech that was the model I was considering the most.
Mostly because I've used it and experienced immediate results in some instances.

I don’t get the point of the relief device. It’s less powerful than the mini. Waste of money.

You would think so and I thought so as well but it's actually quite nice. I own both (v1 of the mini) and I go for the relief every time

It’s useful at work. I have the Elite too and that’s a bit heavy to be carrying to work everyday. In the UK it’s currently £99 direct from Therabody. Bargain.

@@sz4128 sure but then why not have the mini that’s smaller to carry around?
