Full Throttle Off Road Aaron is the man to call at 1-800-can-till Lol. You can always go into preparation land tilling for flower gardens or hunting food plots. Oh and when it fell out one of my ex's said mine did too, so I told her well it's your fault and she said "my fault" I said yes it's not that my equipment is small it's the fact what I'm trying to work in is to big. Well I think that's when it was over. Lol. Great video guys. Have fun.
Another great post. I have reached out to you recently. thanks again for being there for your followers. The recommendation I got from you I could not be happier with. Awesome having you guys to talk to about companies you get parts from. You guy rock thanks again
Absolutely my friend! The only reason we're able to do some of the things we do is because of the viewers support. Watching, liking, commenting, subscribing... these things motivate us to keep going! Without you, there would be no UA-cam! 🍻🍻
Great video gentlemen! I shall pass this knowledge along to the masses! Tell the people to like and subscribe, and the excellent opportunity for lawn care, i feel the farmers will benefit more from this rut technique you have graced upon the UA-cam world!
@@ftorvideo you guy's rock! Can't make race day at the Battlefield plantation.... driving OTR sucks sometimes. Maybe tin cup this year we'll cross paths or I'll see taillights and roost from the both of ya's!
You need to pull everything apart and weigh each clutch weights . When I did mine they were all different. Once that was done Cascade Clutch and Performance balanced the clutch. The outside of the primary was off by 12 grams at one point and the inner section was off by 7 grams. It is now dead nuts on !!
Word! We have KWI truing and balancing our units. Our weights are custom kwi weights as well. Its shocking how off balance this stuff is from the factory
Man I know I’ve done the same thing and when summer got here I looked like one of those bobble heads on the dash lol !!!!!! A little sand will fix it up no problem
Use clutch pulling tool and a dead blow hammer and a couple of good hits instead of all that expensive stuff that you guys get it for free it would be easier
Clutch pulling tool is $90, call it $100. KWI Tool set is $290, it includes a clutch puller - call it $300. So, for $200, you can get an entire set of tools that allow you to completely service your own clutches. You can be cheap and just start hitting stuff with a hammer, or you can do it properly. /shrug
The service kit comes with extra. It's designed to be able to service your clutches 2 or 3 times with one pack. So it was just replacing the 3 damper bushings and the slider shoes.
Man, we needed a lot more than that. The govenor cup was so wopped out it dug grooves on the sliders of the outer sheave.. I needed an entire outer assembly. Maintenance is important lol. Especially on high powered machines
Hi Bro! If My Maverick is in stock I do not need KWI clutching yet? I ordered carbon fiber+Kevlar clutch liner and I wait it to arrive, but I guess it is enough for now. What u think?
Stock units can still benefit from things like the float mod... but I wouldn't worry too much about a clutch kit until you add power. Did you get the Kevlar liner off our site?
@@ftorvideo ofcource bro. I even wrote u an email because I do not have any accaunts in social media but ... whatever. If I order smth I order it from u. But throw my friend who is from Michigan.
Did you guys have that clutch noise at like 5500 rpm? And did the clutch service take away that noise? My x3 has been making the noise since new and I’ve always wanted to know what causes it.

lawn jobbed your own yard lol.. thanks for the laughs.
Ya know, at the end of the day, sometimes you gotta job your own lawn
PBR says yes - yard says noooooooooo !!!
Funny how that happens eh? 🤔🤣🍻

What is the brand of the flexible extension that your using for the clutch cover bolts?
Not sure. Just grabbed one from the hardware store
So did you use all 12 of the rubber washers? If so, where besides the 3 for the replaced buttons?
The service kit comes with extra. It's designed to be able to service your clutches 2 or 3 times with one pack. So it was just replacing the 3 damper bushings and the slider shoes.
@@ftorvideo good deal! Thanks!
We offer the full KWI lineup on our site! Free shipping on orders over $100 🍻👊

My body says YEEESSS my yard says NOOOOO
Did you end up needing a new governor cup?
Man, we needed a lot more than that. The govenor cup was so wopped out it dug grooves on the sliders of the outer sheave.. I needed an entire outer assembly. Maintenance is important lol. Especially on high powered machines

All fours and no trees lol
Goals brotherman, goals!
Full Throttle Off Road I hear you on that I finally flipped mine the first time the 7500 miles I’ve owned mine Saturday
Damn! Hopefully you're alright and the machine didnt get too beat up
Full Throttle Off Road just plastics and pride
Glad you're alright
Did you guys have that clutch noise at like 5500 rpm? And did the clutch service take away that noise? My x3 has been making the noise since new and I’ve always wanted to know what causes it.
To be honest man I can't hear my clutches over my exhaust. But a primary with worn slider shoes or missing damping bushings will be very noisy
Nic James...I was in a X3 and the clutch noise is deafening. You need to wear ear protection to ride in it
What lol... I certainly wouldn't call it deafening lol
be sure to take your muffler off during your "open house" ride. You will never have neighbors again
What an excellent task!
