@@JoeysRetroHandhelds Thankyou man for the quick response I will look at your video. Id love to see you do neogeo in the future video. I'll read your guide aswell. Lol I feel soo non-techie with this stuff at times like reading some of the other guides my brain turns smokey like gon from Hunter x Hunter.
@@tommyg4842 Looked it up, don't see anything weird for Neogeo. Use the Finalburn Neo core and put the neogeo bios in the same folder as the other bios files (retroarch/system folder).
@@JoeysRetroHandhelds Thanks man Ill attempt it and report back if it worked for me
@@JoeysRetroHandhelds hi I got it work thank
you! I did as you said kept the bios inside the neo geo folder and used the final burn one. I got lucky with most of my roms having “uni bios” already in it so I can put blood on and go into change the difficulty in mslug. I believe it does other stuff it’s like having the arcade cabinet controls I’ll have to research more later THANKS JOEY I appreciate you man!
Just recently got an Anbernic RG353V managed to add roms for the Nintendo systems but the whole ps1 thing is confusing, i have all the bios needed and in the right place then when i add a ps1 rom in and boot up the Anbernic it doesn't show that game there.
Unzip the files
@@william9922 I have unzipped them, it's worked with games for other systems just not worked with ps1 games
so in the bios section you say to click the link and that is where all of the files are hosted. so if someone went to the gamecube bios files link and it pulled up a list of like 20 files. does that person need ALL of those files? or is that person looking for a specific file?
If the emulator needs all of those files, then yes, but all of those files are probably different bios versions.
Did you ever figure it out???
Wanna add roms on my pc and rg505 plz help 🙏🏽 I’m really new to this files stuff
Hi, need help I just recently bought the Anbernic RG353ps. My problem is when playing Suikoden my game save disappears. Of I restart the game my game file is gone. I know you can use the loadstate but I want the natural game save of the game
Replace the roms.
I’m having the hardest time adding Roms to my Miyoo plus. Is there a simple way?
What's tripping you up?
I don't have the game right now so I'm super confused but i just need to start from the bottom
Hi bro i am having problem extracting zip file of roms it says corrupted file please help
Brother you’re a saver ❤😊
Can I use RG35XX Bios and RG35XXsP Bios together?
Yes.
What does the “Ch 3” mean at the beginning? Is this chapter 3 in a series?
Callback to changing to channel 3 to play your consoles on the TV.
Hahaha that’s hilarious I remember that!
Still doesn't help me know which bios files I need though lol, I can find them fine but when there's 50 different ones to choose from, it's hard to know which is the Right one
Just pick one. If it doesn't work, then try another one.
If I got an SD card for Miyoo + with ps1 games already on it, would I just need to copy the ROM since there are already bios files on it? Or do you need a bios and rom download for every game? I don’t understand any of this 😭 I feel like your video is helpful and I’m just dumb lol
You can backup the bios files, those are fine, the roms are typically bad quality and will give you issues (ex. Not saving in Pokemon). I'd replace those. But I do have a dedicated Miyoo Mini Plus guide that shows all of this to help you!
@@JoeysRetroHandhelds sorry I should’ve specified, I got a new sd card with onion already on it, I just didn’t set it up myself It’s not the stock card, but I’d like to add a few more games
I would just skip to that part of the guide, but it's as easy as just adding new games to each platform folder on the sd card.
@@JoeysRetroHandheldscould you link the miyoo mini plus guide please 🙏
hi i followed your guide about rg35xx garlic os installation but im having a problem assigning drive letter on FAT32 Partition no matter how many times i tried i alway endup seeing just one drive on window explorer... so i was unable to backup CFW,BIOS AND ROMS folder.
tried the process again with different PC and SD cards but no luck. im at lost been trying to make it work for 3 days now.
PLS. I NEED HELP I JUST WANT TO PLAY AND ENJOY MY RG35XX😢😢😢
Are you clicking Apply after assigning the drive letter?
@@JoeysRetroHandhelds yes, still no luck
i have the file and the emulator but idk how to actually start the game plz help
Put the file in the emulator.
@@geniusbugshow it turned out the emulator doesn't support the file i had 😅
How do you condinse roms
This is so confusing, hope I don’t mess up my device by doing this
you did not say which bios is for ps2. I have so many bios files for ps2 I dont know which one to choose. You dont explain that.
There isn't one, the emulator will pick from your folder.
You can choose any of them in the emulator.
pretty irritated with this video. got halfway through to find none of the bios files are "easily" found as most of those megathread links are locked. cool, now I cant play shit on my rg556
I don't control the biggest archival website files not being available thanks to them being hacked a few weeks ago.
@JoeysRetroHandhelds fully understandable. I finally found all of the bios files I needed from the video. Didn't mean to take it out on you, I was just frustrated is all. I followed the rest of your video with ease after I found those files and sources a few from friends. The yuzu portion has to wait for Nintendo reasons. Now I'm trying to optimize performance for PS1 games, specifically MGS1. I loaded it with Vulkan but I get some frame loss during the invisibility cloak scenes. Everything else during the game runs fine though. It's only when the invisibility cloak is present in the frame. I also swapped my joysticks thanks to your video
can anyone recommend any safe website with bios file
Did you actually watch the video?
@@JoeysRetroHandhelds yes. But i am very sceptical with websites like archive so thats why. But I'll give it a try.
@@JoeysRetroHandhelds I’m new to this and Honestly I don’t think your tutorial is THOROUGH enough to ask that question joe im lost too. All I got from you is “ I got it now get your own” and I can’t seem to do that without welcoming viruses to my device, in short cool collection bro your blessed I’ll attest to that, but this wasn’t helpful in the way that matters to me
@@khaireeclark9200 Not thorough enough? Got it. Goodluck.
bro i'm struggling with the PS1 roms/emu for my Retroid Pocket 3 Plus wahhhhh.
The Discord in my description can help.
@@JoeysRetroHandhelds thx I just joined! Hoping to get help! Thx u!
do you need to unzip bios and roms
Yes for the bios. Some emulators can read roms from zip files.
Would a VPN help in this process maybe? 😅
Nope.
i just want Pokémon yellow and nothing is working....
Ik and I hate it confuses me💀 1:15
