Lol they took their logo straight from The Legend of Zelda, that's the Hylian Crest... Wait until Nintendo sends their ninjas!
Not quite, the hylian crest specifically has the triforce. That's the distinctive part of it. An eagle/wing motif is not owned by nintendo lol. The versions without the triforce like the goddess crest etc are pretty generic and nintendo definitely wouldn't have any grounds to sue.
It's not a random eagle design, that's basically identical. They just took out the legs and turned the Triforce into a single triangle, wings and body have the same shape. Might not be suable (maybe?), but it's blatantly copied!

I think it’s more that if she was in on the deal she’d be playing hardball. They all do when it’s something they’re interested in. But when you’re out and you actually respect the entrepreneurs you can just be straight up. Not much to read into in my opinion.
