This family is one of the better ones. They were understanding and willing to learn and didn’t fight against the nanny’s advice. They were one of the few families who were over protective because they cared not just controlling like so many other parents.
Agreed. Their main priorities were safety
yes !
I can understand them wanting to keep their children safe 100%, but the tighter the grip the more they'll fight back. Childhood is the time to scrape your knees, break bones, get down & dirty, & so forth.
RIP BEAUTIFUL MIMI 💔
When Mimi said that her grandchildren were her heart and she lives for them, I got teary. My grandma always said I was her treasure that no one could ever take away. ❤
Same here ❤
Aw I got teary eyed too!
Aww my grandfather on my dads side called me his sunshine
Dude I want kids and when I get them I want the best relationship with them and live for them
Best thing❤️
Mimi reminded me so much of my Granny. Sooo much. I miss her.
Absolutely ADORABLE how Mimi said she wished JoJo lived with her 😔💗
Mimi was absolutely adorable
From what I can tell it looks pretty 🤩
Joe talking about the grandma on the floor had me laughing too hard
These are some of the best parents I've seen on her episodes.
Agreed. They just needed to loosen up a bit. It’s understandable that they preferred to err on the side of caution, but that can often be worked with, as JoJo demonstrated. They’re not bad people at all, they rightly care about their children’s safety, but pulled the leash too tight, so to speak.
@@nathanwilliams2152they didn’t seem to worry much about grandma’s safety.
Dressing all the kids the same, doesn’t allow them to be individuals.
When mimi said...they are my heart.I felt that....I have 3 granddaughters and...I was never ready for that kind of love...
Grandchildren are God's greatest gift! The love and bond is indescribable. We get to relax and enjoy them without life's distractions of working or consuming household responsibilities. It's just us and those babies, no matter how old they get. Mine are my heart! My reason for living. ❤
I remember Joe wearing that outfit in multiple shows. She all business the first day, glasses on, hair pulled back, and her professional outfit. I like on the 3rd day she looses up and wears more comfortable clothes and takes her hair down. I love her no nonsense attitude because she means business.
My Grandma would never have tolerated that behavior. Nor my Grandfather.
My parents would’ve never allowed that behavior either.
Nor me!
You can see from mom that she is worried the childrens teeth will be like hers. Poor mom, she was trying to do her best.
Wearing bracelets you mean?
@@cecilianilsson5364 bracelets???
I loved this one. The family really worked and didn't resist. They were so excited. I love when Jo plays with the kids and shows fun.
I like these parents!!! they are listening and willing to tweak some behaviors so their children are safe…. These are good parents!!!
I loved the fact they kept riding with the kids for as long as they did. Really engaging
When Jo said “bye y’all” 😂😂😂
JoJo is an Angel sent by God to help families. I just LOVE this sweet lady!
This is one time where eating and sleeping wasn't an issue.
Mimi was so cute! Love her accent❤️
Same also have the same hair brown and red
.."flenging dird et me"
love her!
I love to see your episodes. I learn alot, although my kids are adults now, I still can help to raise my grandchildren. Thank you Jojo. You teach them and us. God bless you
I wish I had had Jo's good advice to follow when raising mine. I didn't have any real problems at all but feel I was way too strict and not much fun to be around.
I understand that it’s normal for parents to be protective of their children. However, I think parents need to know when to let go. Otherwise, kids won’t know how to be independent. That’s why the kids were acting out. They were sick and tired of their parents overprotective nature.
1000% agree.. and can/does create adult "babies"
@@humboldtborn8128 Exactly! Obviously, I’m not saying that parents should let their kids do dangerous stuff whenever they want. However, parents need to remember that life isn’t safe and that they should teach their kids how to keep themselves safe and let them figure it out for themselves instead of being helicopter parents. Especially when they were walking on their territory and they were freaking out about them walking ahead. That was ridiculous.
@@patrickleclair7256 😍
Unfortunately, some parents are still protective of their babies even when their 'babies' are grown adults just because of the danger of the outside world
Yes! My dads family need to learn that
The episode should have been called "Battle of the accents!"
i love how jojo tried to do the country accent and said ; BYE YAAALLLLL
This is one of the best episodes so far. good progress was made and the kids were safe and had fun and the parents re enforced rules while being respectful and considerate! 💖
Proud of them. I hope they can go on and help families they see, having the challenges they had.
Before we get started, I just want to say "I love the London Cabby" it's super cool
The cabby is the person who drives the cab.

Crazy how much time has passed since the show was on TV 😲
Love Supernanny. Jo offers so much timeless advice and good tips. I've implemented her bedtime advice and timeout process, and those two tips really helped lower the stress level at home with 3 young kids.
I truly don't know how Jo keeps her cool???😮
why why why why why why why
She can see "the bigger picture"!
Because its her nature
she holds it all in her bun
She doesn't always.
Mimi, the grandmother, passed away from alzheimers 10 years ago, according to the episodes supernanny wikia page.
I'm sorry to hear about Mimi I loved Mimi the grandmother.
Cool. Now I feel sad.
@@bonniepark6802relax Bonnie it was 10 years ago
@@michaelax3025 yeah but I only just now found out 😢
Alzheimers is so cruel.
Mimi helps them keep their "head above water"...how much did that camper cost!?!?!?
Mimi had 10 years to see her grands blossom !❤
I can now raise all kids except my self 😂 thank you super nanny
I've thought to myself, multiple times now, that I need her to teach me how to parent myself 😂
I love all of the Supernanny videos! Something about this one was especially precious. Jo Frost you are amazing!
I freaking love Mimi
Once you have children, they are your “task at hand” for the next 18 years.
More like the kid's lifetime
That’s what a family member once said to me: “They’ll take 20 years off your life, and then, when they’re old enough to fly the nest…THEY DON’T!!” 😂
Since the pandemic the prices for campers have risen incredibly here in Germany ... I'd say nowadays the better part of 1 mio. €.
What an amazing family!!! I wish Mimi was my granny
I’ve seen this one before. Twins r old enough to brush their own teeth & still in diapers. Looks like mom is pushing that brush down their throats. Discipline should have started with the daughter when she was born & than kept it up with the boys. Grandma should’ve have to deal with this. She’s raised her. Time for the parents raise theirs .
The twins aren't old enough to brush their teeth correctly and boys take longer to potty-train than girls so, it makes sense that the boys are still in diapers. Boys are generally harder to potty-train. I should know since my mom had my brother and he wasn't fully trained until he was 5, especially at night.
Twins weren’t old enough to brush their teeth at the time. Most kids aren’t able to brush their teeth on their own until 7. I babysat a 3 year old, and I had to brush his teeth for him since he wasn’t old enough to do on his own
Maybe they only wear them at night, it can be harder to night train. I was out of diapers at 3 but had accidents at night until I was 6🤦♀️
Toddlers still do wear them at night tho
Everyone is talking about potty training and brushing their teeth. What about the rest of it?
This was the best family so far. Loving wonderful people.
I think they’re horrible!
Mom “if we knew it would be so rough we wouldn’t have done it”
Why not? So the kids could still be in charge & not the adults 🤦🏻
Lazy parenting she didn't want to do the hard work needed
...maybe she meant parenting...if she knew parenting would be so difficult, she would not have had children???
@@littleredhen7274Oh,I hope she didn’t mean that.Imagine,as an older child, learning that.
AWWWWWWWWE. Mimi saying 'i sish she lived with me' i almost cried.
I literally could watch this show all day long every day😊🎉😊
My grandmas name was Mimi too. She passed away in 97’ at age 97
Wait, she was born in 1900?
Wow. I hope I live that long.
It all starts with the parents. They need to start teaching children what is acceptable and unacceptable as soon as they are old enough to understand.
Starts right at birth
I think I missed out on fun and so did my boys because I was too strict and always tired because they woke us up so early every day .
I just love all that land they own.
Yes. They are so lucky!!
This is Season 4, Episode 1. Original air date January 2, 2008.
I laighed so hard when the mom said I had no Idea-er this was gon be this hard lol
Sweet family…they just didn’t know how to go about it correctly.
Great job to the family an the children are awesome, JoJo you are amazing..
So lovely to see this family. they are going places.
Jo doesn’t realize the parents are worried about wild critters while on their property.
They didn’t say that, and it seemed empty of any kind of wild life.
I can tell you right now there are for sure rattlesnakes in those pinewoods. There’s definitely cottonmouths by the water, possibly alligators. Also that’s a lot of property and children can get lost easily in the wood. They are way overdoing it. But I was a 6 year old that left the house alone on 75 acres most summers, I saw plenty of snakes, coyotes, alligators and whatnot, I got lucky in how that went for me.
😢😢😢I don’t think I ever saw any of the adults in this family smile at the kids ONCE! Smiles affirm and communicate sooo many wonderful things.
But the parents weren't fighting with each other, the garama was the nicest of the adults. This was the best 😊 family than, most I've watched
Are you watching the same show that I'm watching? Because I see some kids that need they're rear end warm up!!!!
Speaking of facial expressions, I wonder. . .Does getting Botox make your kids less able to understand your intentions, or whether you're upset, angry, frustrated, or pleased with them?
For me it felt that the parents behaved like prison wards. And they talked that harshly with these wonderful kids, as well ....😢
Wat een groot eigen terrein heeft deze familie.
Mooie grote camper.
Alles is groot. Dan hebben we in Nederland niet.
Eigen terrein dan gaat deze familie hun kinderen zo beperken😮😢
God these people are so southern I love it!
I think this family might actually stick with it. Not perfectly, but enough for genuine improvement.
Jo in the woods/nature is so funny to me
Makes me glad I’m an only child.
I wouldn't brush my teeth this way neither !!!! Mimi must be exhausted!!!
Frankly, I'd rebel, too, if my parents kept me within spitting distance of them 24/7 not letting me run off or play with my toys.
If you don't teach your kids how to behave starting when they're very young, they're going to turn out like these kids!!

Good job Supernanny get the Family back to together again 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
That was one super nana as well!
The queen is BACKKKKKK
Love this family!
Theyre obviously well off considering the houses, land and massive camper! They should have the kids in daycare/playschool or hire their own nanny!
Why? The grandmother love these children. People use to raise their own children with the help of family.
Mom should stay with them until they are in school. The mimi should not have to carry the full load. I was worried she would get her ribs broken. She and the little girl probably are near the same weight.
Awh I love mimi she's so cute
Some of these Supernanny videos could really serve as an effective means of contraception. 😅
Lovely family
Awsome job
Hope those kids appreciate grandma cause you don't get to keep them forever...She sounds like Flo from Alice's

Jo Jo you’re jewel..💯

We love Mimi here
Omgness, i miss my grandma. I really do.
Too much energy! ❤
I love Mimi
How?
Why?
Why would they go ANYWHERE with land like thAt?!
Why do parents ask their kids ok? Like parents obey kids.
Some people should NOT have children.
How do kids become so out of control? They have been brought up by the same set of parents since birth.
Those parents don’t parent ergo…….
Those little boys were adorable.
whats out there? I'll tell you --snakes.
Snakes are scared off by vibrations, they are deaf. No snake would hang around with those kids running about.
@@alisonshanahan9529that’s not necessarily true
Yeah the snakes....flip flops are not good footwear for the woods or the desert.

Jo is the absolute most talented and wonderful woman!

To time it
@@hannahscott6604 when i do my teeth i do skidamarink
Because that song is two minutes long and it's showing the kids how long to brush their teeth. Do you not have kids? How do you expect them to learn how to brush their teeth and how long for? I'd do the same if I had kids. You brush for two minutes and then, you inspect the spots that they missed, it's not hard.
@@Supersoccerchic i always brush my teeth for 2 minutes and do skidamarink

when I see these programs I often think to myself but my mother had to deal with. I had five brothers and one sister, and I cannot recall of incidents we when we were so disrespected to our parents. We did not have to have somebody to come to our household to help with the raising of children. But in today's family upbringing things are so more different. it just seems like there's no structure in family life anymore. That is just my opinion
