New balance supercomp ELITE v3 plssss
Does Adidas make a shoe that is cushy and comfortable as the Nike Invincible 3? Adidas is slipping in the comfort department.
Have you tried the Saucony Triumph 20 ?
The Ultraboost 22 is horrible. The Cold.rdy ones are the worst of all
What is the softest running shoe in the world?
We’ve officially reached peak insanity when it comes to stack height. I can’t imagine going taller than these.
This is it but still think they can improve the all around experience on the uppers and stabilit
I agree these shoes are so high it's ridiculous 😅
Well >40mm is technically illegal in races so yeah we’re at the limit
@@heskicks well you guys won't be expecting much for trainers because shoe companies are sensible and know what they're doing. Literally these are for more comfort anyway on the run so it may go higher
See: Adidas Prime X Strung
Race legal shoes will be considered low stack height in a few years
Thanks for this review HES, idk anyone else who does a comfort shoe comparison. Really appreciate your contact. I'll keep watching. Thanks!
I will say that the Hoka foam gets softer the more you use it in my experience. When I got my Clifton 8 I thought they werent super squishy but now I've worn them for a few hundred km over a few months they definitely feel more comfortable. Whereas I've felt that boost is the opposite and feels best out the box and degrades over time imo
Adidas have split the ultraboost line into two concepts: the original or DNA style is the one that offers the same original soft squish, whereas the 19,20, etc and now the Ultraboost Light are optimised a bit more for running, which for most people means a need for cushion but not the mushiness.
Been using the invincible 3. That shit saved my feet from several full days of walking around Hong Kong. My feet were dying but the squishy foam made it possible for me to continue walking. My one complaint is that I dont feel stable while stepping on those zoom x. I still use my ultraboosts and you will immediately feel the difference between the two. Ultraboost brings you closer to the ground whereas the invincible 3s will feel like youre on a 2inch step up foam 🤣 definitely boosts my height too
thanks hes. i got out the sneaker game but came back in. during that time, i became a new father and got a warehouse job. so naturally my taste in sneakers have shifted more towards comfort , but obviously dont want ugly kicks.
going to add the ub 22 and nike invicible 3 to the collection for sure..
also have you tried the hoka ora recovery slides? fire
I am loving my Asics Gel Nimbus 25s! They are so superemely comfy. I didn't love the upper on the Nike Invincible 3 but they were definitely comfy too. The NB Super Comps have a carbon fiber plate in the midsole designed for distance runners. I'm a hobby jogger and love this new max cushion stuff.
I got the Gel Nimbus 25s too. Loving them!
Are they good for daily walking? I’m thinking about getting a pair for myself
@@linuslam6413 imho I find them perfect for daily walking. The combination of the foam and pure gel makes a really comfortable, shock absorbent shoe. I walked 5kms the other night and I had zero leg or foot pain (I currently have a leg injury I'm recovering from).
I’m having crazy heel slippage with the invincible run 3. I was contemplating between that and Nimbus 25
Coming from the Clifton, jumped into the Gel Nimbus 25 and the cushion is wildly differently! I was expecting that much change in. Thanks for all the reviews!
Crazy right!! Like next level
@@heskicks feeling sea sick/dizzy walking on some of these, its just too much squish...i just say NO!
Got the Nimbus because the forefoot squish was WAY more noticeable than any other shoe I've tried. Love em
Same here. Team Gel Nimbus 25 all the way!
@@Sabundy NImbus for the softness and stretch upper and lacing system, Hoka for overall build, can't go wrong with either, have 3 pairs of each
i got 2 pairs of the Invincible 3 and they are my go to shoes now. i own alot of shoes from yeezys, NB, Utra Boost ect. and the Nike is amazing, great video ! Much love from Cali.
There’s the Asics Superblast also that you might want to check out… it’s just that the price point is driving a lot of people away.
Thanks! Honest videos are as refreshing as useful. Keep going!
I've had my Asics Gel Nimbus 25s for about one week now. I absolutely love them. So damn comfortable and they look great too.
I ordered my second pair of the run 2s, coming from the 22, I tried the 3 but the 2s feel better(and look it too) more stability. Currently recovering from an ankle surgery and go to PT 3 times a week.
Been waiting on this!
For the boost you should have considered the boost retrophy e9 or e5. Those have a softer boost
When do you think new balance will start making colorways where the freshfoam or fuel cell is blacked out?
Is the upper on the super comps a bit like prime knit? Im really wanting to pull the trigger on these shoes but hoping for a sale here in canada. thanks hes. greats vid as always. Also highly debating the invincible run 2s
I would suggest the adidas prime x strung. I love those. But from your list, you’re spot on with the NB SC Trainers
Thanks Hes Kicks, I needed this video because I was debating on whether or not to get the invisible 3 and I got to say I’m a fan of the nimbus 25 and you say nimbus 25 and the invisible 3 are your top 3 then I’m gonna be getting a pair of the invisibles.
Those are both incredible, follow up and let me know what you think!
These are great if you have joint pain in your lower back, knees or hips for just walking. It helps to keep the pounding hard impact off your joints.
I'm not sure if they were available during the filming of this video, but the Skechers Go Run Ride 11 and Max Road 6, with that Hyper Burst Ice foam, are top notch and easily deserve a spot among the shoes featured here. Some other notable ones include the Adidas X_PLRBOOST and NMD S1 & V3, plus several Saucony models like the Endorphin line and the Triumph. Oh, and Topo's Cyclone 2 uses Pebax foam and is a great shoe. You may want to expand your horizons farther.
thank you for mentioning that we all have different feet and also the different situation. I stand all day for work also and at the start of my week I'm usually okay with my bondi 8 but as the week goes on I start to look for my new balance that has less structure but wayyy better and softer cushion. Im always looking for a new pair of comfy shoe for work, so i will definitely give these a look through
im standing all day too, which new balance do you have, the fresh foam x more or the supercomp? Based on the video, i was thinking super comp is better for running but it seems like if youre someone who stands all day the fresh foam x is the best
My Invincible 3 finally got delivered today after being delayed. Cant wait to go home and put them to the test!
Hopefully you been trying Saucony shoes also like the triumph 20 or endorphin edge 3 or speed 3
I was looking at the NB SC trainer. But the light green gets messed up easy. Upper looks beaten and dirty after a few kms. I got the Bondi but also noticed the outsoles easily burns off after 100kms of running or so. I miss shoes that can withstand 500kms easy. I'll be waiting for the Adidas Prime X to go on sale. 😅
Hi i need suggestion as i am not a runner but i want a max cushion shoe for walking and standing which is the most comfortable shoe that suits me best ?
Assics nimbus 25 by far the best comfort out, I have most of these, and the nimbus stands out- better stability, cushion, and upper material. First time I’ve recommended Assics in a long time
I have them and it's the most comfy sneakers i ever used but there is a downfall for those who have curved toes. On the side there are like some 3d stripes rigid to reinforce i think the shoe and unfortunatly it creates friction on the inside on your 2 last toes which hurts after a few uses. You need to put some socks with padded endings
Hello. I love watching your channel. I have a huge passion for running shoes, especially those that are very shock absorbing. By now I also have quite a few pairs.
Have you ever tried a pair of Li-Ning Soulland Shadow (double carbon plate) I would say they resemble a mix of Nike Alphafly and New Balance SuperComp Trainer.
Actually think this is a shoe for you
Nice to see you're really using these shoes.
which is better for wide feet? inv 2 or the inv 3?
Right now I haven't decided between the SC trainer, Nimbus 25 and More V4 (I might take an additional pair as a good daily trainer so I might go with the novablast 3 for that). I've tried the bondi 8 but unfortunately they made the midfoot too narrow (the wider versions are too wide at the toe box) and the inner side where the arch sits just hurts because of how they curved the foam into the arch. Plus, the bondi is not as soft as I was hoping
Get the invincible 3 just so you know as a light person I actually found the SC trainer and Nimbus quite firm the 3 is softer
SC Trainer
are the novablast 3s good for a daily wearing sneaker not just running?
Sent my Nike Invincible Run 2 back because of sole separation. Never again! Paid premium, 200+ dollars on it and it lasted short of 3 months.
I have slowly been buying Asics pairs (GelLyte 3’s and 5’s) and have been very satisfied with the craftsmanship and comfort. Going to give those Nimbus a try, especially in that wolf grey colorway
Ay man did you get the shoes ?
@@soniosmani2031 i actually did. Worth every penny! Next level comfort, it’s hard to explain. Definitely recommend!
Just bought some too, I’ve usually been a Nike invincible run guy, so looking forward to trying these
curious with gel nimbus 25, other reviewers had mentioned it's not that soft
Among these pairs which will last the longest when it comes to durability?
Which shoe would you recommend for being on your feet all day? I like the squishy soft cushioned shoes.
For plantar fasciitis, what kind of shoes are suitable for walking and standing all day, thanks for the help..:)
You should make a top 10 non slip shoes for long use, like waiting tables
You should do a slow mo jump in all of the shoes, I think it would be dope
I tried on a pair of Hoka Clifton 9s today and I felt they were very squishy. More so than the New Balance 1080 v12's I tried on
I had the nova blast threes and I Loved them however, my dog got to them. When I was working now I got a search and find what's the next best thing
great review still luvin my sct!!
Any videos on big tall guys who are 260 and up for standing and walking all day? Any recommendations
I wish some reviews would talk about narrow foot versions. Regular is wide in some of these. I want the. narrower shoe, I have a narrow foot.
You need to do a cumulus25 addition
Recently purchased the more v4s for around $80 gonna test them later
Which of these has the least toe spring?
Already tried the UB23, just a lil lighter but still a brick. I didnt pick it up
Please do a review of the saucony endorphin line
Which one are best Cushion Sneakers for heavy person ? 220lbs / 100kg ?
I bought some HOKA Clifton’s a few years ago and they bottomed out after a few Months and got to agree they are not as comfortable as they look unfortunately. Now other shoe company’s have surpassed them. I currently have the invisible run 3’s which I’m looking forward to run in 👍🏿
You are correct. I had the Clifton 7s and the bottoms went completely dead after 130mi. The traction was completely trashed for it being just 130mi. None of my other shoes wore down as fast as the Clifton 7s
@@michaeltran2743 I was really disappointed in them because they were not cheap at the time about £180 and I was hoping for that running on clouds experience 😒
I find the invincible 2 is softer and more comfortable than 3. I tried both in a store but I didn't get any cause I will still try those max foams from NB and Asics.
My exact thoughts. I tried some on today and it was weirdly more comfortable to walk in. Maybe I’m just used to it but also the upper is better on the 2.
Could you also compare Asics Glideride3 ?
Did you go wide on the Nimbus?
how about testing the nike motiva?
have you tried the nike vaporfly 3?
had me realize i gotta up my shoelace tying game
for 134 dollars should i just go for ultraboost 22 i need for dailywear and I walk a lot
Oh what about the Asics Superblast?
If the SuperComp had a more plush upper and wider base it would honestly be the best. I tried it and coming from a Clifton 8 and Vomero 16 user, it’s too unstable and has a weird fit.
Meant for TRAINING (The name isn't there for no reason). You can get the More v4 if you stick to NB and wish to have a soft feel
Are these type of max cushion sneakers best for standing for many hours at work and walking in the city? I don't run or anything I just want the most comfort at work and traveling.
Only shoe I recommend is Nike zoomx invincible run 2 or 3. I wear them I work 12 hour shift usually and 16 hous sometimes. I go buy shoe and compare with my invincible run. The only shoe is close or better is NB fuel cell rebel 2 or 3. Saucony is next to them. I tried almost all brands most of them feel like junk when you wear invincible run or nike Pegasus.
I have all these. The perfect pair for me is the Novablast 3! 🎉🎉
Is there a major difference between the New Balance Men's FuelCell Rebel V3 and the super comp trainer. I got the rebel v3 and I love them but just wondering how much more of a difference is the super comp ty
It's in the name. The Rebel is meant for daily training (it's weird to have them for leisure as I'm sure they're still unstable with their lateral and medial flanges). The SC Trainer is the marathon trainer for the SC Elite but not recommended for leisure either because of the technologies that can ruin your foot and balance over time
Its double the comfort
Nice review, for comfort Cloudsurfer remains true to it's name of walking in the cloud and is way more comfortable than Cloudmonster
This is what I was looking for. Cushions for cloud walking.
A bit off topic. I noticed you haven’t reviewed the on cloud more specifically cloudswift 3. Love to hear your thoughts.
I did a review of the cloud monster, and they are really good. Haven't tried that model yet!
@@heskicks
Ty. Checked out the monster, nice but it’s a bit much. Cloudswift is a bit more subtle
Aesthetically, which one looks the best on foot? If you could pick one to style with pants or shorts, what do you pick?
It's still the Ultraboost. They come in a bunch of colorways and different variations depending on your needs (cold/heat/rain etc.)
Yeah Ultraboost as the best looking the rest look like you stepped on a giant marshmallow
I wear the NB super comps to work in the hospital and after 4-5ish months of using it the midsole now looks deflated at the heel with a near-zero heel-to-toe drop.
I’m 240-250 lbs w/ an oversupinating right foot that does extended standing and walking over 12hrs. As much I want to recommend the super comps, I kinda wish I bought a pair with mid soles that didn’t give out so quickly with my use case.
But that’s on me for not researching these shoes more thoroughly and buying the most comfortable sneaker I tried.
How many miles do you think you got in them? Approximately
There's a reason they're called supercomp TRAINERS/ELITE, they're not meant for leisure, and even then you shouldn't wear them for regular runs anyway because of the technology put into both shoes. They're meant to compress and bounce back, not hold the weight of anyone for extended amounts of time
@@michaeltran2743 I’d probably say about 100-150ish miles.
@@altoes8884 yeah no I was just looking for the most comfy shoes to save lives in. Went to this channel to get a recommendation/review and the SC trainers were up there in the top tier list. Also felt the need to bring my experience up cause it doesn’t seem to be a talked about issue for the non runner consumers
@@duddde54 the issue is that there are those that review shoes but for the wrong reason entirely and thus it screws the views of how the shoe should function
Where can I find a pair of new balance 1080 v12 no lace ?
Are these ok for all day lifestyle/travel? Bec they seem to be designed for running not walking
They are meant for running
I've been trying lesser cushioned shoes lately. I don't know why, but I feel like highly cushioned shoes fatigue my feet.
I'm feeling the same way lately. The Supercomp Trainers are hard to stand in all day.
yall are tripping. if it weren’t for these shoes i couldn’t work.
If you aren't training in them then obviously they're being used wrong which leads to the fatigue
It's definitely a thing for some people. I've heard folks say that their feet feel like they're cramping when they stand in something like Ultraboost all day.
sic. This Reviewer is excellent.
Please review the Peak Taichi Technology sir. Thank you.
The next phase will be the same stack height but many different densities of the foam/s
A gradient.
Already happening
what model/s
@@elijahmodnar1 literally look at all the marathon trainers for each brand
can you be more specific , an actual model or 2 as an example
@@elijahmodnar1 Saucony Endorphin Speed, the Asics Magic Speed, Nike ZoomX Tempo%, Adidas Adizero SL/Boston
Are you able to recommend which of these shoes you're featuring is better for someone who stands/walks all day?
Ive done a few vids on that it depends on the level of squishiness you want under feet, some people dont like that at all others want a lot
I'd recommend Hoka Clifton or Bondi. Check them out! When I'm standing all day I do not want too much squish
For me the Ultraboost DNA Lifestyle Line deserves the credit for the Ultraboost Series. In my opinion these 1.0-5.0/ DNA Lifestyle Series represents the original soft Boost Feeling. Better than the UB22 etc. In comparison to Invincible Run they are still in the game, just not as big sole wise as the Nike or NB Fuel Cell but still the cushion is at least almost the same and deserves to be in conversation. But it seems, as it is about the biggest soles.
Exactly....The real lifestyle and comfort Ultraboost is the 1 2 3 4 and Dna series... Like the newest 1.0 ultraboost is the most comfort and squeeze ultraboost right now...
I compared the ultra boost with the a6 in this video today by wearing both shoes on either feet at the same time. Needless to say, the Asics makes the ultra boost and the invincible run 3, feel like you're standing on concrete in comparison.
Which of those gives you the most height? :)
that is the sweet part of hoka. theres a certain concept of energy return. and hoka still wins out at least for my type of foot. and personal experience.
I want so much to get that NB comp however the way it looks :( the other colors are not much better... make running shoes match jeans better please :). BTW you are my go to for shoe reviews (mostly running stuff) because well I dont really run lol and just want a very squishy everyday shoe.
Bruh.... Go to Believe in The Run if you want running shoes for comfort because no one talks about the technology that's meant for RUNNING only. Such as the sc trainers the technologies implemented are meant to go faster and keep the legs from getting too fatigued. They can mess you up if you only wear them for the style and New Balance has the More v4 to accommodate. Try running if you for some reason get the shoes for leisure.
exactly what I was looking for.. thanks youtube algorithm!
I love both the asics and the fuel cell but the asics have better durability on the long run.
The 22 cold ready is pretty comfortable for standing and walking. Forget running in it it absolutely sucks as runner I can run fine with 21 cold ready. The adidas mystery box crapshoot continues.
Thank you,fuel cell is it💯🔥🔥🔥
If you plan on running
Solid video as always, Hes.
Those On Cloud Monsters are hideous... 😂 man, who comes up with that walmart looking shoe
Hes you need to try out the Asics trabuco max 2. There a Beast of a trail shoe with a 43mm stack of ffblast + not the eco found in the nimbus.
My thoughts exactly
Looks bad ass too!
Would like a gtx
Was thinking the same thing
I've tried to use my old running shoes that are plated and they are not good walking shoes.
Bruh
Sorry my English (I am Italian-French) but for me, who due to Multiple Sclerosis suffers from excruciating chronic, drug-resistant pain in my legs all the way down to the soles of my feet, the most comfortable shoes ever are Nike Air Max Scorpion. They help me so much when I am forced to move.
Hes-would greatly appreciate durometer for the most squishy/max cushion foams. Really miss you including it in your more recent videos.
I have actually tried none of them, but have been studying the subject of max cushion shoes for the combined 30 hours or so. And my picks are in no particular order: Hoka (Clifton then maybe Bondi which seems somewhat less soft), Nike Invincible 2 and Asics Gel-Nimbus 25. Just wealth of information speaks for them.
The Adidas zx 2k boost are much softer/squishier that the ultraboost.
💯 adidas boost is old news .
Hoka doesn’t deserve the Hype, I regret buying 2 pair thinking a different model will do different than first purchase
Good comparison & nice review 👍👍
Hey Hes. I have been wearing the most comfortable Jordan 1s. Better than my 80+ pairs of comfort highstacks for daily wear. They are known as the j1 zoom strobel space hippies or retro j1 zoom crater. Thought you might love them. Your content is the best!
Please make a video on best shoes for over pronation… Its really needed , no one’s taking about this
Ultraboost nowadays has 2 choices... The Ultraboost 21-22-light(23) line up wich is the performance line and NOT the cmfort life style series... And on the other size Adidas has the original shape of Ultraboost with the newest one the Ultraboost 1.0 wich is the most comfortable ultraboost right now... So ypu must compare this show for max cusion with other models and not with 22s...
Great job...
Still waiting for the 990x video!
