You will get a letter in the mail from FMCSA for your audit call. Do this ASAP. It’s easy, they basically just go over your application to verify what you’ve entered.
1️⃣5️⃣Pay your down payment for insurance close to the 21st day after applying for your authority
You have to wait 21 days from the time you apply for your Authority and you want to make your insurance effective a couple days prior to that to make sure the insurance company has time to process the filings so your MC will be active on the 21st day.

Sams Club and Costco give 3% back on Gas Purchases...I do not know if they offer Diesel.. Sams Club even gave a 3% cash back in April of 2022 at any gas station. I do not know how much they offer this offer...I just share with you..

Having to use a factoring services in 2022 is crazy to me. Theres no reason all payment cant be done quickly.

We use them when we need to. There are time we get paid immediately by the shipper or you work with a company that pays another way like Amazon. They pay every Friday

Hi Chrissy, I loved the video. and i have a question. How long after you started your trucking business were you able to start working with Landstar? I do dispatching and just started my on trucking business. And although i do book a few of my clients with landstar, I am just wondering how long before I can book my trucking company with them as well.Especially since Amazon is now taking 2 weeks to get back to people with new authority. I didn’t have a problem booking with Landstar As a new authority they were my very first load so you shouldn’t have a problem

What did you mean you got $2000 cards for gas from RTS factoring. Did you get a credit card for $2000 or you received a credit for $2000? I am confused.
I can spend up to 2000 in fuel with this card. It’s not a credit card, just a fuel card. The limit will raise after some time but at that point we had just got the cards

When checking the credit score what should it say I know you said if it has a N then that means a bad score or what should it say for a good score
Just like with school it’s graded A, B, C D,F. We already know they won’t work with D and F but the factoring company can tell you what’s acceptable for them to advance you your money

@@TheBoxtruckCouple givinng me the runaround..transferring me to voicemails.a couple of loads they said it was paperwork missing but I had uploaded all of the paperwork given.havnt had a deposit in 3 weeksa and they have 17 grand tied up of my money.the whole point in factoring is to get your money in 24 hours.but if I'm waiting this long I might as well get paid from the carriers directly and keep all of the money.🤬and I've only been factoring with them for only 7 weeks.and they want 5000 to terminate the contract but I'm trying to see if I can avoid it bc it hasn't been that long.

You. An create invoices there but not necessary if it’s for RTS. You can make theirs in the app. QuickBooks invoice I use for payment from someone who doesn’t provide their own
