- Here is the boeing 717 CAWS. You can hear these in this video from this 717 as well • Stall Boeing 717-200 |... . These are the best recordings you'll ever get from the 717. And as far as I could tell, the only video that shows more than just a few announcements.

the 717 seems so calm even when it is in danger
It's never had a crash
@@henrysgarage3399 Hahaha
The plane trust the pilot way to much and it worked I mean I haven't crash
It’s a Douglas, not a Boeing.
@@ryanthompson2893 it’s Boeing because Boeing bought McDonnell Douglas
I was let into the cockpit of a 717 and the pilot showed me all the alarm systems. Gotta say this is one of the calmer voices there is.
I like the voice of the 717. I was too able to get to hear these in person. Charming voice.
I was once invited to a fokker 27 cockpit idk when but around 2011 i got a photo of it
I jumpseated on several MD95s while on production test flights.....
@@keithfreitas2983 Interesting, back then what were the plans with the MD-95? Were there supposed to me more variants?
Oh I thought it was gonna be the same as the MD-80...
this is basically the calmer and more clear md-80 alarm
Agreed
Well the 717 is literally so chill.
0:38 sound like an MRI machine 💀
First time hearing the 717 Version, had no idea it was a different voice for the 717 form the MD80 series
Same here the 717 is basically the little brother for the mad dogs

Stall warning sound is more horrifying on this one..
0:12 "fire butt engine"
Really it says butt engine,i think uts should sounded like left engine, but i am not sure about that
It said left…
That would be the apu i guess
Damn y’all can’t take a joke?
The epu fire is calming
u mean APU fire
Beeps are like md11 ones.
I've been looking for this for a long time
Well here you go
OK
It comes across as a more mature, professional version of MD's earlier warning sounds. It tells the story, gives the proper urgency, but doesn't make you think you're in the climactic scene of a horror B-movie.
Fire left engine, then fire right engine then apu fire. Looks good to me.
0:02 (md - 80 crying)
Boeing 717: autopilot.
My new ringtone!
The way it says fire is so fast
the end sounded like a discord call. istg.
This voice is also availible in the MD-10 of FedEx. Also Orbis MD-10 if i am not wrong. I am not sure if they are also in the newer C-17 Globemaster III.
Patricia Hoyt (The voice of the 717, MD-11, and more) doesn’t voice the C-17 IIRC. I believe that’s Leslie Shook or someone else.
EDIT: Nevermind. You’ve beat me to it. She is the voice of the 717, MD-11, C-17, and the C-130.
@@networknuisance2269
The voice of the 717, MD-10 is also in the C-17.
I know that.
May be the voice is in newer C-17.
But the C-17 has tons of callouts more with this voice.
For example the whole
TCAS
EGPWS.
Also special callouts like
Obstacle left
Obstacle right
Piupiupiupiu Autopilot
Piupiupiupiu Authothrottle
4,3,2,1 green light
Time marker: " Twenty minutes"
Wuhuwuhuwuhu WACS Fail WACS Fail
Tiiiiuuu Tiiiiuuu Tiiiiuuu missile launch
Windshear Windshear Windshear
Hydraulic Hydraulic Hydraulic
At least these callouts i heard them.
Also i heard
Too low gear
Too low flaps.
Sinkrate
Terrain Terrain
Obstacle Ahead
But these are callours of the EGPWS as mentioned at the beginning.
@@AVIATIONSOUNDEXPERT Hi again. I saw your other comment about the special callouts "+100 above minimums, minimums, 50 40 30 20 10" etc.. I have found a video that contains these alarms and also the RADIO ALTIMETER callouts as well. ua-cam.com/video/uY2lwKZOYeA/v-deo.html
I also wondered the same thing, what the MD-10 has. I guess I always figured it had the MD-11 voices. Does anyone have flight deck video of one of these?
md 10 ?
Man I love dubstep.
I do not

H05A0035-10, or at least the specific version that agarisan made a video on, is the one that is present in the MD-80/90 platform. The 717 or MD-95 has different recordings.

MD 11 ones have a different voice
Each McDonell Douglas model has a slightly different version of caws, just like 737-747-757 for example, if you listen carefully and make a comparison you can notice the difference
NO! Its the same as DC-9/MD-80/90. MD-11s use a different lady and annoying alarms. DC10s use a male voice
ua-cam.com/video/TK5K9pJo67w/v-deo.html
@@wsx2000lol All modern Boeing have the same male voice. I think Honeywell makes that system. There is no difference with the Boeing ones, the voice is exactly the same. This voice sounds much different to the MD-80 and MD-11 voices, the DC-9 to my knowledge had no voice for these types of warnings. The DC-9 probably only had GPWS and radio altimeter voices, but put in by a third party. The DC-9 is old, I doubt they had the technology to store voice samples to such a wide verity back then.
No, this girl seems much more calm and realizes the pilots don't want a demon-robot screaming at them.
Somehow, I misheard "Fire left engine" as "Fire f*ck engine"
