    Thank you for this video! Got rhubarb in my garden and will harvest today. Here in Colorado it grows back for 2 more harvests, but the first is the best as weather is getting too warm.

    Thank you :) we are making rhubarb pie today and the rest will go in the freezer. We got a whole BUNCH from our neighbor. What a nice guy! :)

    tyvm dear.. very good info.. i got a ton of rhubarb to put away to process later. I don't have what I need to process it now, but it needs to be picks before it gets too old

    There is nothing wrong with the Skin its the leaves that are poisonous

    I wouldn't waste that much of the rhubarb cutting off a fat end for no reason.

    Thank you for this. My mom picks rhubarb for me but doesn’t go through all your steps so it’s unusable after it has been frozen.

    u can eat the skin...its the Leaves that arent edible
