That's funny. Josh Altman's favorite view is looking back at the house, not standing in the house looking out. This house is nice. The only big drawback for me is the lack of privacy on the pool deck.
None of the prices are realistic but if you don't ask for that much you will never get it. That's like starting the asking price at $100 million and then slowly it drops down to $78 million. Might end up selling at $50 million.

It's possible, Custom made furnitures are very expensive. I didn't even know the car company bugatti makes custom made home theatre seats
