Even if you feel like quitting remember that language is not something that you can learn in a year it takes thinking and time. Even if you won’t be fluent it will still serve you well from jobs to friends and vacation. I’m very proud and happy that you decided to do this!!!

I honestly really needed to hear that last thing. I have so much anxiety over just bad things happening in general and am so avoidant of so many things its weirdly relieving to be reminded its part of life and worrying wont make bad things not happen.

My cat died last year. Right when I was already becoming depressed at college. And I’m still considering just ending it. He didn’t just get sick. Phen somehow broke his hind legs. Likely from running from our new dog Jude, whose a shepherd/retriever dog. Spent a whole year paying doctors to try and fix my friend. But we couldn’t. So ma had him put down.
Jude and our next dog Riley won’t ever replace him. They are so anxiety inducing.
Life is so anxiety inducing. And lonely. It’s like there’s no point of being awake when everything hurts.
When I first watched this, a while ago, I literally said out loud “ HOLY CRAP THEY BOTH MADE A UA-cam VIDEO OF JAPAN!!” You guys are my favorite yet animators❤.
I love watching animation youtube channels like this, starting with theodd1sout, somethingelseyt, and Jaiden of course, and many more that I love and adore. But you are the first one whose stories brought tears to my eyes. Everything you've shared really means a lot, gave me hope when it seems like there was none, and warmed my heart when I need it the most. Thank you for living your life and giving us little stories with amazing animation
I’m sorry for Cheeto, I know what it means to lose a pet that is really close to you, once I had a dog, his name was Rex, he died last summer, it was really hot so he just couldn’t hold it, he died. The worst is that I wasn’t even there for him, beacause I was in another town for the summer, and then a few weeks later, my grandma died, she had been suffering from cancer for months, I wasn’t there for her either. I hope they are in a better place.
I know it’s hard illysa, but you don’t have to worry, Cheeto will always be there for you even if you don’t see her.

The teentiest correction! The second sentence is actually two separate questions (Japanese does this a lot). So it's something like "That's a beautiful name. Are you doing well? How are you liking Japan?"

I know this video is 3 years old and no one is gonna read this anyway but I relate so much to the situation with ur cat! My dog died when I was at a weekend trip with my friends and when my parents called me and told me they would go to the vet today my stomach literally turned cuz I couldn’t handle the thought of me not getting to say goodbye to him. Luckily my family and friends made it possible that I could travel back in time and see him one last time so imagining how you must have felt is horrible!
Im sorry about your cat. I’m glad you made such a cool trip work out despite language barriers! And separate seats. Sounds like that was a great birthday party!

My cat Tom had a stroke on christmas eve eve. He survived luckily and I’m forever grateful that he lived. And I’ve had situations where pets have died and it’s heartbreaking

I honestly cried when I heard about the kitty because not so long ago: My cat that I’ve had since I was two was put down for a kidney failure which he was also suffering silently. We decided to get him treatment, he stayed in his bed all day in so much pain. The next Monday he got really bad and was sent to the vet to spend some days there, I didn’t say goodbye to him because I didn’t know they were sending him there cause I was in school. I was like ok, no no deal he will be fine. Fast forward Thursday I was with my two of my bffs on swimming training. We finished and the very next day I had a exam AND a very very important presentation. I got in my moms car ready to go home when my dad called.... He asked how I was doing, I didn’t knew what he was talking about so he asked if mom had already told me about Salem (that was his name because he was a gorgeous black cat with yellow eyes) I started getting tears in my eyes and asked what he was talking about, turns out my cat had been put down that morning. My mom got on the car (she was talking to another mom) and saw me pouring my eyes out. She immediately knew what was going on. She immediately said that she was sorry for not telling me because 1. I had a exam and a presentation the next day and she didn’t want to distract me and 2. My bffs were supposed to come with me to “Valle de bravo” to my house there to spend the halloween weekend together and she didn’t want me to be miserable on a event that I had been planing for months. Of course we all cried for a wile in the parking lot and finally went home. The next day was Thursday 31 of October 2019 ( because I’m from mexico my school there celebrated on the 1 of November on Friday, day of the death) and I still HAD to go to school because this presentation and exam were worth almost half of my final grade. My very best friend saw that I was very sad in the hallway and asked what happened. I told her we should rather talk in the bathroom. There I just couldn’t hold it I again started pouring my eyes out and told her what happened. She hugged me and told me it would be alright. We went to class and by the end of second period my friend had told all of our friend group what had happened. They all came rushing to hug me and most of the school noticed so suddenly all the classmates and teachers were comforting me. It was honestly very nice of them and not really overwhelming. The next day my friends came to Valle we had a blast and mourned my kitty cats death. This cat was my best friend I’ve had him since I was two and always dreamed to take him to college but in the end I think I can finally let go of him. Salem the black cat died on Wednesday October 30 2019 a day before halloween and two days before day of the death. I can really say he was a good cat and my bff. ( before I started writing this it was all bright and sunny and I’ve just noticed that now the sky is pouring water, it’s like Salem is telling me he is alright )

I know how you feel my two dogs died last year blossom and bridget I was doing homework when my parents came to talk of course as a child when they come to talk you think either you're in trouble or something happened. Now blossom I later found out that she had acid in her stomach and tore a hole through the stomach. we had to put her down and I cried so hard I cried myself to sleep for a week and had a breakdown with my teacher after class. Soon when blossom died bridget did not take her death well and would wait and wait for her to come back soon she died of old age :c

I lost my dog last year she had a brain tumor. We didn’t learn about until it was too late. I had just finished moving across the country. And was about to go back to pick her up. My parents also had to make the choice to put her down. I lost her on my birthday December 21st 2019. I completely understand how you feel I had her since 4th grade she meant the world to me. ❤️

You've got a good fella there, glad he was there for you. People who don't have pets can't possibly understand the connection. One of my cats is in kidney failure now & will be put down on Monday. It's sad for me, but he's in a bad way and I can't watch him suffer like this. He was a rescue and I figure he's had a better life with me than without me. So, I can certainly sympathize with anyone facing that kind of trauma.
I haven't finished the video yet... But I'm so sorry for your loss an how it happened my heart broke for you an I litterly started crying like a snowflake 😅🥺😭.. I had to put my cat down bc he got a rare blood clot that pretty much paralyzed him. The vet couldn't even comprehend how or why it happened... I raised him from a very small baby kitten. An I was in my third trimester of pregnancy it was so hard doing that an gli f through it... So I can't imagine having to go through what you did as well...
Ik it may not mean a lot of make things better. But you gave your fur baby the best life an a happy one. They are happy an healthy now an I'm sure will have an amazing after life bc of all the love you have an have for them... ❤️*Biggest hugs*❤️

My parents had to put my cat down during my honeymoon and I couldn't be there for it.
I cried about it for a few days ... she was my cat since I was 7 years old. I didn't know she was going through what she was going through and felt horrible for not being able to be there for her.

I left to go to Seattle and when we got to the airport my Chihuahua lily got sick and they called us and told my mom that they had to put her down. I didn't learn about it until me and my brother came back from seattle

Dealing with the loss of a pet is really heartbreaking. A few months ago, my family had to put down my almost 19-year-old cat Annabelle the day after Valentine's Day. I lived my whole life with her and she was such a peaceful soul who brought my family so much joy for many years. Pets can really feel like a part of the family
