    Excellent demonstration! Will definitely try with: shallots sauteed in butter and garlic, mozzarella and Jarlsberg cheeses!

    This looks great. Been looking for a Beef Wellington alternative; have family that don't fancy beef or mushrooms so this should be great.

    That looks SOOOO good. Good enough 4 a 'Happy Dance'.
    This dish was named after Arthur Wellesley the 1st Duke of Wellington.
    He defeated Napoleon at Waterloo in 1815. =))

    How do u keep the pastry from getting soggy?

      Make cuts along them. It will let the steam out.

    I just love you Meredith! This looks sooooo good and I just learned how to do the puffed pastry from you. That braid is such a genius idea!!! My husband cannot have spinach, so do you think it would be ok without it????? Thanks for a wonderful recipe and video. Many hugs......Claudia
