Hey Wolfman! Great repair! You bought that NES from me! Haha. I think you got a Sega Model 2 as well with that. I can’t remember what I needed those capacitors for when I removed them awhile back. The door was missing for a long time. Love the improved door! Keep up the great work! 🎉

My advice for remembering where the screws go is to organize them with that tray/matt and use post it notes as a reminder which ones go where.
Yeah I need to be more organized when I take stuff apart!! I think I got all the screws back where they need to go on this one. Thankfully it wasn’t a Wii those have a mess of all different screws!! 🐺🐺😁😁

another good repair NIck you brought life back to that awesome system I can remember getting this in the 80's I had the system with the R.O.B robot and maybe used it 10 times lol he wasnt much use good to see you got her running again
Thank you!! I remember getting my first NES as a kid too it was super exciting!! Played Mario and Duck hunt for hours on end!! We also had the R.O.B robot but I don’t think I ever used it. I vaguely remember my pops saying it was too frustrating to use. 🐺🐺😁😁

I bet the game genie broke that door. They sell 3d printed ones these days but it depends on the extent of if it needs to look nice in the living room of for fun in the guarage. Nice video finishing someones else's recap.
