I remember when people were debating whether the Patriots were successful because Brady or Bill. Its safe to say it was 100% Brady. Look at Pete Carrol and Russ. Russ leaves Seattle and is in shambles. Pete has made the playoffs without Russ and has a winning record and revived Geno Smiths career.

When in reality these players come from prestigious white families and has friends in the sports media world. You didn't hear that about Patrick Mahomes when he was in the draft. Deshaun Watson was way more successful than Drake Maye was in college. Yet Trubisky is picked before him. Drake Maye has the same characteristics as Trubisky and Blake Bortles.
Without Brady, Belichick is looking like an average coach at best. His smartest move was sticking with Brady. Without Brady, Belichick would have been fired years ago.

Everyone thinks there is some special recipe for absolute destruction on the field when it comes to team sports, but one thing I have noticed and this might sound corny as Jimmy McGinty from the replacements once said. these players need to have HEART!

Tomlin hasn’t won a playoff game in almost 10 years. That is a fireable offense, especially with the talented teams they’ve had. Steelers constantly get out coached, talent is what wins their games.

Washington has TOO many holes to waste the number 2 overall pick on a rookie QB, don't care how sexy that pick is considered. Parlay the number 2 choice into additional picks in the 2024 & 2025 drafts. No QB can thrive & survive behind that putrid offensive line no matter how much potential he may have. Rebuild the foundation on both lines, go after the top tackles in the draft. A 18 game career for Sam Howell behind that line with a pass happy OC from KC is not a fair sample. Coach Gibbs came to Washington as a disciple of "Air Coryell", tried to run that system without the talent, promptly went 0 & 5 & changed to a single back set & the rest is history. EB tried to fit a square peg into a round hole and never adjusted his offense to the talent present. A running game is the best friend for a QB, especially a young QB learning his third system in 3 years. This is why I put little trust in talking heads on your & other networks, learn history about success in the NFL. Plus $80 million in cap space for Washington can solve many problems this off-season.
