The stage presence required to do a song like Inertia and the Weapon Of the Wall in a live show without even cracking a smile, without stuttering or tripping on your words, and keeping the intensity the studio version has is unreal. What amazing performers the entire band are
The final lines “SO SPIT IN THE CANNONS MOUTH AND TELL EM INK SENT YA” being shouted by hundreds of people live before The Cannons Mouth is indescribably powerful.
I will be seeing these guys in February '24. I hope they do this, and I hear hundreds of voices shout those words.
It has become impossible for me to listen to Cannon's Mouth without hearing Inertia first. Chills, every time.

Just like Bloom and Marigold. They are meant to go together, and once you hear them together, listening to them separately will never be the same.
I always thought they went together. There isn’t even a pause between the tracks on the album. They even have similar themes.

Ignoring how awesome Inertia was, I would like to give some props not only to the performance but also to the engineers because when Cannon's Mouth started it really did feel so close to the studio version.

Inertia might be the most captivating piece of prog I've ever heard. I've listened to it a hundred times and every time still feels like the first time I heard it. Amazing shit.
WE NEED A US TOUR. COME TO UTAH. Haken and Leprous are touring the US together and all I could think of when I saw it, is how perfect it would be if Caligula's Horse joined along. The perfect trio.

Holy shit... the dynamics in this song. The audio does it justice. And the rhythmic illusion the drummer gives during the final breakdown 8:30+ ...sensational.

No other music gives you that sense of energy as metal when seeing dudes with long hair banging it out to a crowd that's doing it with them. My word I almost wish someone played a wrong note so I could know 100% for sure this was properly live the first time I saw it because it was so perfect. These guys really do have something special.
