Since BS 1 doesn't allow weapon swapping. I would recommend Knight'Sword if you like tanking and debuff enemies. The +10 special skill , buff you max hp reduce almost all DMG except HP percentage one. For dmg dealer, the beast hunter sword that deal extra DMG on bleeding foes, +10 version special skill deal x3 to bleeding foes, hit 2 times all enemies while itself can cause bleeding effect, really good stuff.

I would recommend BS2 after you finish BS1 , they really improved the mechanics even more.
It's suprisingly easy I have to say.
