Literally no other band as legendary as Metallica does this. And as often as Metallica does this. You can only watch some phone videos from other bands concerts before those videos get taken down. Metallica is easily the best band on UA-cam.

I gotta admit… Lars is fucking killing it on the drums. He is so on it this tour! I’m fucking impressed and glad I saw them this year. They are having fun and so is everyone! The drum set looks sick too! Gives the black album tour drum set vibe. Thank you guys for the everlasting tunes!

I mean, the fill at 1:50 feels really weird but other than that, you can really see he improved a lot during the last few years
@@niklasvz2222i feel like he played very professionally and well through 80s & 90s but there was a period in like 2005-2015 where his drumming fell off a cliff and has since recovered
@@saulmorris9639 yea I was at a concert in 2017, and then in Amsterdam this year, and the difference in his drumming is quite big
Right!? I feel like people have become way too invested in the "Lars is the WORST drummer ever!" narrative and I just didn't hear that at all during their set. He was crushing it.

Hell yeah! There's truly nothing like a Metallica show. I saw them in Hamburg this year and they played Fuel there too. It was absolutely incredible and I could barely move my neck/ head later from all the headbanging. I'm glad you had such an amazing time too my friend🤘

@@rtgredtruck3059 They're truly a force of nature. I saw them for the first time in 2022 after many years of hoping to see them live. The two shows in Hamburg this year were absolutely insane. Best weekend of my life. Next year I'll see them twice in Munich and I'm so excited already. I love the two-show concept of this tour and the new songs sound SO good live. Here's hoping we both get to see them many more times. 🤘

AC/DC For example, they haven't posted videos of shows since river plate 2009, that's a long time!
The strangest thing is that 90% of bands have flying cameras and microphones at concerts, but it is absolutely unclear where the concert recordings go...

Most bands don't want to put the money into it when thousands of fans will post cell phone videos for free.
I do agree though, more should do this. Doesn't even need to be this high scale. 2-3 cameras and a soundboard recording would even do the trick.
@@neighborbruce but why... recording these concert recordings brings them more money, doesn't it? they can sell whole concerts like metallica or upload them to UA-cam and earn money from UA-cam monetization

I love them. I'm ultimately inspired. My life has gone down the drain recently, like the fact I got rid of by my grandparents after living with them for 10 years. It happened in August of this year. It also doesn't help the fact that my mom passed in 2018, when I was 8. 3 months later my great grandma passes, and a year later my step sister passed away. She died at 24, she was me, what I wanted to be. But now I wanna be three in one, I wanna be an animator, my step sister, and I wanna be just like James hetfield. James, if you see this. I love you, you are my hero, your helping me climb out this hole.
I also wanna make my own band... it's gonna be called Neverland. If you ever see us become popular... it's because of you.

It’s 1:58 am Eastern time in the USA I’ve been listening to Metallica for the last 7 1/2 hours. I have surgery in just 12 hours but I can drink clear liquids until 10:30 am. I’ve seen them three times already but this will be the first time seeing them sober.
