When I was a child my sister got lice for like 3 full years because some of her classmates had them. My mother cleaned everything in our House with vinager (heads include) and just my sister got lice even when whe shared bed (my sister hated vinager so sehe didn't use It). Maybe you can rey, since it is cheap
Put some strong smelling oil like Neem 3 hours before a shower, in the shower use a lice comb while under running water. Wash/change/brush your pillow and blanket and keep your head covered

That's a good program to have . The stigma applied to head lice is ridiculous. It's not a shame to get them. Its a shame to keep them .

You don't need to spend money on products except for a lice comb. Comb your kids hair once a week with the lice comb and that all you need.
