Thank you! I just watched the A4 video, and I was wondering, is it pretty stable at that setup or is it a bit wobbly?
Hi @faethe creates, your welcome. Yeah it's pretty sturdy and stable, The only time I found it to wobble was when I placed it on a footstool which had a small curve on the surface so wasn't flat and extended it a bit far which made it wobbly/tilted. Other than that never had any issues, my desk wobbles more :}

Can i put it higher up, when filming whats on my desk, for example flipping bookpages, so that one can see the whole book (both pages), so approximately A4 landscape? Hi, its an Amazer T Office desk pad dual use (pink on one side and grey on the other) I found it on Amazon.au so brand might not be on amazon.com. Mines is 80cmx40cm, if you check under Desk Pads there is quite a few that come up. Hope that helps, thanks for watching.

Hi, it's held up really well and I really enjoy using it. Most of my videos have been filmed with this, only the last few I have used a camera rather than my phone but I also use it for FaceTime and Teams calls so feel I've had my money's worth.

Ok, i can see by your video here you did not charge the device, I have watched other videos, not one person talks about charging it out of the box. Does it come totally charged? If you did charge it, how long did it take to charge and when do you know when it's charged? Ok, found the answer to my question, I just plugged in the cable it came with into the remote control now it's flashing. I got it now!

Hi, the only way I found was to press record before putting phone in the grip with screen facing down and using that way. The light and camera part folds if turned around. Hope this helps.

Yeah it took me a while to open it at first, the new one is a bit easier to open to be honest.
got mine but unfortunately after 3mos the light was broken.. don't know how to replace them... and this is kind of wobbly if you have a big phone.. I regret buying this...
Sorry to hear that, I've had mines about 8 months and the lights still work so not sure about replacing them, I have a iPhone mini but I think there's a weight limit for phones, I sure I read that it can hold up to iPhone 13 pro max customer service might be able to advice what to do, hope you get it sorted.

Hi, the grips that hold your phone should be facing up towards you, so that the screen is up and the camera is underneath, hope this helps.

Your welcome, apologies for the delay in responding. it can hold up to an iPhone 12 Pro Max, you might just need to remove the cover, which is what I sometimes do with my iPhone mini.

Is it showing some kind of indicator/ percentage while charging?
Hi, it's been while since I charged it but I'm sure there is a blue light. There is no other visual display to show how much charge there is.
I bought this just today and i find the weight of my iPhone XR (without the cover) causes the horizontal arm to bend a little, resulting in the base of the tripod appearing while i shoot a video. Any tips for that?

Sometimes the base shows with mine and I use an iPhone mini. I have tried adjusting the height of the tripod and moving the phone about just a little and it seems to work. I have also covered up the base with items to hide it when filming.
I got the mat from Amazon, I think it was called dual coloured desk mat, the other side is silver.

Thank you for this video. I have the exact same model, however, I can't fit the other end of the given charging cable to the adapter as it doesn't fit to any of the adapters I have (iphone adapter/ macbook laptop adapter). How do you charge your device(lighting kit)? Thank you!
Hi, sorry to hear that, I use my iphone adaptor. I have also had to use a cable from another item when I lost the original cable and that also worked ok. The company customer service might be able to give you help, they have been really helpful when I have asked them things before. Hope you get it sorted.

Just ordered it and for some reason the lock handle wont completely lock. It tangles and not stiff, it can move so I cannot move it with alot of confidence:/
Hi, not sure why that is happening, maybe check that it is aligned as this could prevent it from locking.

Hi, I did my first charge after I couldn't turn it on and that was a few months after I bought it. There was a blue flashing light where I plugged the cable in but can't remember if it stopped when fully charged.

Hi, I had a similar question the other week about unique. I have seen it advertised but after I bought the Olivia so haven't bought it so not really sure how much they compare.
I guess it comes down to personal choice and what you feel comfortable spending and buying from. Hope this helps.

Thank you for watching, yes both the top and bottom light can be switched on or off, they can also go on separately if required, It can be used higher, I've used it at different heights and it's worked well.

When I have it at the part it is in 7:18 of the video, it won't hold the phone like that without falling over. Do you know how I can fix this?
Hi Amy, not sure why that is happening? What kind of phone is it? The site mentions it can hold up to iPhone 12/13 or Samsung 21 etc. As long as the grips and screen are facing upwards and the camera is facing down it shouldn't fall over. Maybe try and move the phone around when it's in the grips to balance it out. Hope this helps.

I'm not really sure to be honest I only use the mini, the website did mention max weight is 350-400grams and can hold 13 pro max or Samsung 20/21 Ultra series if that helps.

Hi they are on the bottom of the light. At 6:55 in the video where I have my thumb and finger if you slide over the curved bit they are both there on either side, you should be able to from the remote also. Hope this helps
I just opened mine I like it but when I went to fold and close it it did not go all the way now I can’t open back up. Dot you have a issue and do you know of a way to get open again

@@catcowan The company were great ! I emailed their support and they asked me (ironically but manageable) to send a video of the problem. Jason messaged back with a video showing it's a sharp thrusting movement needed. I got my partner to do it, but I struggled - even though it had been easy when I first got it. There's a catch at the back that closes the box and I'm hoping that the more I use it, the looser that might become. Maybe it's best not to close it fully if this problem repeats itself?

Aw that's not good, maybe contact the customer service and see if it can be replaced. I don't use the remote much and just use the buttons underneath the light to change them.

Hi, there is two spring clips above the light you phone slots in there and gets held by the grips. At 7:42 on the video you can see how my phone is sitting. Hope this helps
