Yeah it took me a while to open it at first, the new one is a bit easier to open to be honest.

Hi, it should slide outwards, mine was a bit stiff at first but I wiggled it a few times and this seemed to work.

Hi, the only way I found was to press record before putting phone in the grip with screen facing down and using that way. The light and camera part folds if turned around. Hope this helps.

Hi, sorry to hear that, I use my iphone adaptor. I have also had to use a cable from another item when I lost the original cable and that also worked ok. The company customer service might be able to give you help, they have been really helpful when I have asked them things before. Hope you get it sorted.

Hi, I did my first charge after I couldn't turn it on and that was a few months after I bought it. There was a blue flashing light where I plugged the cable in but can't remember if it stopped when fully charged.

Hi they are on the bottom of the light. At 6:55 in the video where I have my thumb and finger if you slide over the curved bit they are both there on either side, you should be able to from the remote also. Hope this helps

Hi, Sometimes the base shows with mine and I use an iPhone mini. I have tried adjusting the height of the tripod and moving the phone about just a little and it seems to work. I have also covered up the base with items to hide it when filming. I got the mat from Amazon, I think it was called dual coloured desk mat, the other side is silver.

Hi, the grips that hold your phone should be facing up towards you, so that the screen is up and the camera is underneath, hope this helps.

@@Discofoxx1it has seven tones and three colour .temperatures you can go through. You can’t change the actual lights inside as the covers don’t look like they come off.

I'm not really sure to be honest I only use the mini, the website did mention max weight is 350-400grams and can hold 13 pro max or Samsung 20/21 Ultra series if that helps.
