Ok, so since I obviously have to spell it out, there is no waypoint because I was on a new character, and I only had the Limgrave map filled out, any comment I see asking about why I didn't just show the point on the map, especially if they complain in a rude manner, WILL be deleted immediately upon notice. Any waypoint I showed would be in the grey blob and if I had just taken a quick clip to just show that, it would have been even worse because at that point it's a guessing game, didn't think I'd have to comment on it considering I'm obviously on a practically brand new character but here we are :/ I also made a new character and progressed up until I got the horse because 1.) I wanted to show where the dragon is, not how to get Torrent, and 2.) I also wanted to show how to get there from a brand new character that hasn't gotten the Caelid map, also the path I take it's easier to get the map if you kill the dragon, so that's the 2nd reason I did not get the Caelid map there
Thanks for the clear path, very helpful! I do have one question for you, though. I noticed you never dismounted when passing enemies, even when they were attacking you! How do you do this?! Whenever I pass the dragon, for instance and it notices me, my character automatically dismounts the celestial steed! I'm certain that I'm not "panic" hitting the dismount button, it just happens whenever I get near danger. So, I wonder if you know why this is?
Does your character dismount slowly? Or does it jump off the mount? Cause if it jumps off the horse you may be clicking the L3 button by mistake, otherwise it could possibly be a bug
@@AlanLare It jumps off quickly, but it's not the L3 by mistake, because I've experimented with ensuring my finger was nowhere near the button when it occurred. Also, it's so consistent, that it doesn't seem like a bug. Before seeing others in videos not dismounting, I thought it was an auto-ready-for-battle thing that was just part of the game... Now, I've no idea what is going on.
@@ThulrVOdinsson that is really strange, as you normally dismount only when you want to, or if you're knocked off your mount by a strong attack, or if your mount dies
@@lyxee5294 then the question arises: did he use the Taunter's tongue? Cause there isn't an NPC invader on that bridge cause that's the bridge that contains the dragon boss, the upgraded Agheel, Greyll I think it was (also I know for a fact he didn't summon help (unless he used the Seamless co-op mod) since normal co-op disables the steed immediately, so if it was an invader then it had to have been while the Taunter's Tongue is active)
Sadly this is the only path I know, as it's the first one I heard about, so it's my go to path, don't know any others, also I was scared to do so my first time when I first started playing, but now at this point I've done it enough to be confident and even taunting the dragon when I pass it xD

He could maybe encounter an invader without noticing, only then will he automatically dismount his horse
