all the new features are for the studio version?
A lot of the text based ones are in the Studio Version, yup. But the audio features and some of the other tools should be in the free version 👍
What’s the spline editor do? I’m new to davinci
it's what you use to edit your animation graphs (easing in/out, smoothing motion). The one on the Fusion page is great, edit page....less so
Text Based editing is GREAT for people that just do Talking Head video, But for REAL WORLD video production is just 'SUCKS' try to edit a consert or a musical it is never correct over 50% dialogue. Same with (Create Subtitles from Audio). DR jst SUCKS fo anythin but stright speech.
yeah it still needs a lot of work. It's getting there, but no where near a point where you just click a couple buttons and be done

How do you do that caption animation? (It's called Spring animation on capcut but for whatever reason I don't have it 😢) did you do that on resolve? It looks smooth!

OPTION A : Intel i5 12400, RX 580, 16gb ram DDR5 in davinci resolve free version
OPTION B: if no should i select rygen 5 5600 CPU with 16gb RAM DDR4 to make videos like magnets media 😊so you suggestions which is option is best
specs look fine. Get a better gpu if you can but otherwise this is fine for 1080p maybe even some 4k editing.

You could’ve done the ducking before with side chain compression
For anyone new to video editing don't drink the adobe kool aid. You can do more with the free version of da vinci resolve.
Are these features in the free version?
Some yes, some no. I believe for instance the Text Based Editing will be in the Studio (paid) version, but the Audio updates should be included for everybody
You missed instancing comps, multi poly, Zspace generation fx.
Also you release a video on paid versus free features. 3 of those are paid
