I just discovered your channel while looking for flatbread, crepe and galette ideas, and I subscribed and started watching more and think it's gonna be a favorite... But for your future growth (I know that what I started with is around a year old), you should know you have used or picked up mannerisms that remind me of Joshua Weissman, Adam Ragusea, and others. Probably Chef John, Guga, J Kenji Lopez-Alt, Babish and online people you want to emulate. I'm not criticisizing you, just telling you it is obvious to me... I hope you find your own voice and style and keep making great videos.

By oiling the meat before seasoning, you clog the meat pores and the seasoning doesn't go into the meat. Don't use any oil, just put the seasoning into a mix of yoghurt and vinegar or mustard for acid, dunk the meat, then let it rest in the fridge overnight. Thank me later.
