01/03/22 - done with the first session. I felt exhilarated, rehabilitated, and energetic. So Hi I am somebody who has found yoga arduous and tedious. at first, I thought "agh I have to do this for 18 mins" but now excited for 29 more sessions. 😌 I am starting my yoga challenge today and I am very excited about it. Kindly include yoga poses useful to strengthen foot after a stress fracture.

Time itna imp nahi hai.. ideally sunrise ka samay best hota hai lekin aap busy ho ya subah utna kathin ho toh aap subah kabhi bhi bfast se pehle yog ka abhyas kare . Khali paet 🙏🏼
I did bigger and intermediate yoga up to week 14 , two times, after that it was getting very difficult which made me give up. Can you give tips for difficult one.
No issues Meenakshi... Repeating till 14 week is great.. slowly introduce week 15 for just one day a week... take breaks and modify a bit.. Soon enough week 15 will be comfortable.. Continue the same way 🙏
