    Frankly speaking I am beginner in yoga. From where should I start? please suggest. Also confirm is it good to do yoga in evening because I am not getting time in the morning. For how much time at least we should spend daily in yoga?

      Hello Daharam Ji, For beginners i am planning to upload a series of videos. I have already uploaded 2 videos on my channel Part - 1 & 2.
      Its okay to do yoga in the evenings given that your stomach is empty.
      Atleast spend 40-50 minutes on the mat.
      You can start with gentle stretching, some surya namaskar, then couple of aasans from my video, 2-3 Pranayam and in the end 10 min Shavasana .
      Start from here and keep me posted about how you feel :)

      DO it step wise, first learn basics. Start with the series, once you know all the asanas properly, do power yoga.

      Thank you for the feedback. Some poses pregnant women can do & some not. It's better they do not practise this routine. I am planning to upload a series for pregnant ladies separately :)
