Hello Daharam Ji, For beginners i am planning to upload a series of videos. I have already uploaded 2 videos on my channel Part - 1 & 2. Its okay to do yoga in the evenings given that your stomach is empty. Atleast spend 40-50 minutes on the mat. You can start with gentle stretching, some surya namaskar, then couple of aasans from my video, 2-3 Pranayam and in the end 10 min Shavasana . Start from here and keep me posted about how you feel :)
