Hello. My name is Dr. Sharp. I'm a family medicine physician at the Barret office. I've been practicing primary care for the past six years, seeing kids, adults, and the geriatric population.
I'm very passionate about medicine in general. I have a particular interest in managing chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension. I am a firm believer in patient empowerment. I believe that doctors and patients should be working together to achieve a common goal.
I'm originally from the Philippines, born and raised there. I did my medical school at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. I went to Penn State Hershey Medical Center for my training and have been there for three years. Relocated to Tennessee six years ago.
Seeing the Northern Lights in Iceland is in our bucket list. We love the outdoors. We have three beautiful girls and we want to spend most of our time playing basketball with them.
