- So I Used ONLY The Bottom Rated Towers In Bloons TD 6... In this CHIMPS challenge, I restrict myself to using only tower paths that have been ranked C or lower in a community made tier list!

@Swag Monke you mean 0/2/3 spam? That's not trade empire, that's just regular old merchants, they're great. But the trade empire is not worth it at all.
Swag Monke not really that good, it's not meta anyway. Farms make a good 3x as much money as buccaneers and 0/2/3 spam coupled with 0/2/4 farms just makes more money than trade empire, it's not that bad but it's the worst choice for making money.
The next step, use a tier list made from less experienced players and use the top (or bottom) of their lists
Wouldn't using only top tier of low skill players just a sniper spam?

I looked at the tier list and freaked out because I thought it was based off of the 5th tier tower and I was gonna say how is MOAB elim an S tier tower, then I read the justifications and man, they really helped clear things up.

I love the fact that a lot of these towers are really useful in the bosses these days.

@@Mattbird-2676 It's an expensive tower that doesn't do good bloon popping power and rubber to gold doesn't activate on chimps. Also, there aren't a lot of grouped moabs until the 90's so it's almost useless until then.

@@papasquash919 it's actually a pretty good tower outside of CHIMPS. It can solo rounds 96, 97 and 98 on longer maps and becomes insanely useful late game. Sure it's expensive but not that expensive. The only thing is that it completely destroys your income that's why it's bad in CHIMPS
Unoptimal picks are much more interesting to use, simply because of turning the micromanagement meta into a puzzler tower defense.

Ultra-Juggernaut is probably one of the best Tier 5 towers out of this list, but he’s only godly in maps with lots of obstacles. Most maps don’t have this though.
unfortunately mesa is about the hardest map where ujugg is practical
@@bruh-eq1fe Spillway, High Finance, and Cornfield without removing stuff all have crazy placements as well, whether or not theyre more or close to as difficult than mesa or not is debatable though
Even without obstacles, it makes all ceramic rounds obsolete, so if I have the extra cash and am lacking ceramic, I go for it. (Yes i know im bad, please laugh now)
@@moonsalibi a glue storm (yes I’m serious) handles ceramics better and gives extra damage when you cross path with top path

is there any challenge isab can’t beat. he even overcame the challenge of his skin. yeah he may still have problems but he streams and keeps me happy everyday

I was confused by the tier list before I realized that it was specifically for chimps.
To be fair a lot of pro btd6 players have such bad takes on what's good or not because they play challenges instead of the normal game I wouldn't be surprised if that was an actual tier list

He's really good because he doesn't scream. It's relaxing and it's something you can rely on! I usually need to follow along with something as I fall asleep, so I'll re watch a video and go over it as I fall asleep. It's comforting. But also I love the content right? You could have placed Ben away from the village to make him lose you less money. The Jungle Drums buffed his attack speed and made him shoot out his Trojans faster.

I remember when dragon breath used to be the most op thing in btd battles and would almost see him being used all the time.
in BTD battles, since there was no purples, dragon breaths would be very good early or just wizard in general, I remember going so late that I was spamming rays of doom like hell, good times

I'm fairly new to BTD6 and reading the justifications for the tier list placements introduced me to lots of fun new strategies. I have been checking the btd6 reddit but I mostly only see fan made stuff and memes. Anyone knows where I can find more of these strategies?

Why is inferno ring Bad? ik t5 is a lot of money but its good when paired with ettiene. Also t4 is rlly good too(although you need the correct map and spot for it)
most actually hard maps just dont have good spots to justify inferno ring

204 if you dont want the t5, 024 if you are going for t5. The dps fror 204 is better. 024 is more consistent, but lacks in damage compared to 204

It's so triggering to see you having biohack up and almost finishing the round but dying because you didn't activate the ability

@@ZeoZephyr with only towers that pop one layer per attack, lvl 3 biohack gives an average of +33% pops over 6 seconds
I don’t think i-ring deserves c tier, I use it pretty often on chimps and it is really good
inferno ring sucks on harder maps but still very much useable. most of C tier is actually pretty usable in chimps just not going to get you through some of the tougher maps
imagine if benjamin could still give you money on chimps :O
i mean his extra lives passive is pretty useless, so you can't get him early anyway (usually you leak a few lives to get him by round 7-9 on hard and he then heals you back up)
I actually use the 0-2-5/4 buccaneer a lot when I use Brickell, because that way, I can farm tons of cash, and use her ability to buff a whole bunch of buccaneers firing grape shot everywhere. Definitely a viable tower. Not for Chimps for obvious reasons. Although I did clear a Chimps map using them once.

This man can beat chimps with the worst generally rated towers for chimps. And I am here using strategies from the wiki and failing only because I forget to use my abilities or pause in time.

I may just be really trash at the game and not understand but when I get my highest rounds i will not at all hesitate to use the bloon master alchemist. It’s so good! For example, if you get to rounds above 200 and you are trying to have your O.P. Towers focus in the fortified bads and whatever, the bloon master alchemist can turn all of the z.o.m.g’s. and everything to red balloons while everything else attacks the bads.

Why is ulta jugg rated so low. Its so good. At max damage it can do 17k a shot non buffed.(of course a lot of that is from pierce.) but like buff it with a 3-2-0 villiage and its op. Idk why it gets so much hate. I beat chimps before by basing an entire strategy around ulta jug.
Also idk why middle path dart isn’t lower and top path sniper. Yes its good but sucks as a tier 5 in chimps mode because its just so expensive for its worth.
And wasn’t enigeer turrets buffed so shouldn’t be really good now. On non chimps you can beat 1-100 with just it. So if you could get other towers to hold off until final upgrade. Even just sentry expert is good expecially on rounds like 63 and 78. Where there is only one type of ballon. It can solo those rounds even if you go into challange editor and buff them.
Now alc makes sense cause it sucks on chimps mode. Don’t get why sub bottom path isn’t on the list same with alc middle. Unless its higher not because monster is any good but cause of concation. But i really Don’t get ice. Last time i checked top path sucks. Its worse than every upgrade. The only good thing about it is icicle impale which probally won’t be that good in chimps mode and the very first upgrade in some situations.

They really just put any money generation as bad. Spirit of the Forest has a great passive with the thorns all over the map and the alchemist can turn MOAB class bloons into just reds at the cost of money

i know this is super late, but the people who made the tier list had justification for why they thought bma is bad *in chimps.* basically while it's really good for hyperdense rounds and could work well with permaspike outside of chimps, it's just way too expensive (note 3rd and 4th tier bottom path which do basically nothing in chimps), awful against ddts, and it struggles to even survive to the point where it would be useful

Master Alch is such a meme tower. 3rd lowest on tier list but by round 300 will have more pops than a 2221 Vengeful

With the recent druid buff I'd move spirit of the forest, its really good now

Boomerang monkey to moab domination is a deffo S tier in late game he pops a hella loads of balloons
Inferno Ring should be on B tier at least, it's pretty good
It is certainly great even for its price, the only trouble is RoF isn’t particularly good, and then you have to save up 54k which is hard in chimps

You keep saying ben is *costing* you money, but him being around gains him experience, which saves on having to buy straight to level 10 on the round you need him, saving you money in the end.
He gets level 10 extremely fast come endgame as is, on a hard/expert map, you can place him on round ~93 and he'll be level 10 for 98

Probably because it’s difficult to save up 54k on most maps, although I know josh somehow used it to beat infernal a while back

tbh obyn or quincy are the best general heroes in my opinion because you don't need to worry about camo detection for quincy and obyn is just op with his magic towers buffs
hero depends a lot on the strategy you are using, but ben (not in chimps), obyn, and quincy are all fairly easy to use heroes for most cases

i used a 230 super to get to round 95 on deflation, with only a few support, its all about the placement
sun avatar and dark knight are just better since dark knight handles moabs better and sun avatar deals with bloons faster. Also Robo monkey eats up alch buff double speed
@@volcanosquidward8815 year late it was deflation u cant get sun avatar, bottom path sucks vs super ceramics and in general on 98 in deflation
I think Spirit of the forrest and the Robo monkey is better! But its only my opinion.
