The effects in this movie are simply breathtaking aren't they.
so, you have the death toll correct, but you only counted the death at 0:22 as 1 death. It's actually two, as there was the partner of the guy in the inflatable raft that was trying to steal coral from the park and ends up getting attacked by Jaws. Also, the dolphin doesn't die so that's -1. Again, zero-sum. ;) that said, I'm not sure if anyone died after Kelly's attack at the bumper boats scene.
Yes, he had an assistant at first. The assistant went into the water and never returned. That is why he was pulling, which is what attracted the shark's attention. But, you have to remove one, because both dolphins survived.

@Right To Censor If you watch in the 4th one, the scene on the beach when Jaws attacks the kids on the Banana Boat there's this boy chewing bubblegum on the beach in the background just watching it all go down amused. He even laughs when the lady gets eaten.

Of all the Jaws Movies...this one had the cheesiest shark effects and the sea world set looked like something out of 1960's star trek episode. As famous as the original mechanical shark is...it's time to make an up to date version......Jaws Returns or jaws 5

It was financially because of the 3D and that it was a Jaws movie, but the public and critical opinion of it was extremely low (Hmmmm, I wonder why?)

Philip (simon) Fitzroyce, was trying to trap it in the filtration pipes at seaworld, but the rope he had snapped, and he and the shark were being pushed back, eventually, Philip got corned and had nowhere else to go, so he drifted into the sharks mouth, or pulled into the sharks mouth
Didn't both the shark and the guy holding the grenade die at the end? You only counted that as one kill though...
