Wahine Kahiko [wah-hee-nei Kaah-heeko Ancient Women] is a Powerful & Colourful Traditional dance that celebrates the Power of Women on overcoming disability and physical limits !!! Be all that you can be, and achieve your dreams !!! This empowering dance strengthens the core and abs and its empowers the Heart and Soul of women [this dance will help you to get in shape if you diligently practice Hula]. Hula will give a man a full body workout and a V cut [if he follows Traditional Paleo FISH diet and a variety of exercises/daily weight lifting needed to achieve that body instead of TV dinners & footbal] Hula empowers both men and women dancers and help them to become better people culturally , spiritually, mentally, and become a wholesome individual [beneficial for the whole body mind & soul]
Kumu Mark is a great teacher for the community, he is a singer and Master Chanter and has brought traditional arts to New Heights !!! Anyways, I have the Complete HD Clear version of the Wahine Kahiko and would like to share it with all of you. Please watch, enjoy and leave tasteful comments (no bad words please). I practice Hula dancing regularly to keep my abs in shape, and share workout tips with people in general so they too can improve their health and feel better, stronger, sexier (^_^) and more confident !! I Love all dances all dances are beautiful when expressed in such a huge variety. Kumu Mark has come under attack from some Pharisees who believed that his method of teaching Hula and dancing Hula is not the "correct" way. Truth is, Kumu Mark teaches his style in a highly energetic fashion introducing some new ideas into existing Hula Kahiko forms and makes the dance even better. We need to continue building on existing forms to create new horizons/new scenery each day just as the sunset is different everyday and the sunrise is different everyday.
Pharisees sadly are hiding everywhere to point out mistakes (not to upbuild/not to offer constructive criticism but to tear you down like they tore down Jesus' reputation), twist the scriptures to mess with your mind, and even hatefully put down your choreography to judge and condemn. As long as you're doing Hula Kahiko right (or Au'ana, whichever style you create sincerely from your heart), you do it to Honour God the Creator and bring joy and a positive statement to uplift the whole community (teaching them sharing the love, teaching wholesome recreation, teaching cultural refinement, along with songs of joy & love), you have done your part.
They (the self righteous Pharisees) are just jealous of Kumu Mark Ke'ali'i, nothing more.
Truth is Mark Keali'i Ho'omalu is already very successful. His songs and dances will touch your hearts across the oceans.
