CTRL Tab brings you to pose mode? Thank you for that tip! I'm sure others know about it, but for years I just go to the drop down menu, I didn't realize there was a key combination for it. Thanks!

It's something I learned way too late in the Maya and the three production. Could have saved a lot of time :)
