Could you hang that air pump on a string or fishing line and then that would stop the rattling? I noticed that when you lifted it off the floor it stopped making noise.
That's a great idea! I've done that on mini pumps when the cord was too short but hadn't thought about it on others. I'll look into that and if too heavy.

No matter how much you socialize that Tegu, when it reaches sexual maturity, it's going to start attacking you as it walks around your house. I have owned them, thoroughly "socialized" them, and known many other owners, and it's always the same. Pet shops will lie and tell you they can be socialized to make the sale, it's a common sales tactic, and a lie.
