I like the creeper rafter system you use, haven't seen that before, Ive only used c channel on edge but your way looks much stronger. However I am not a fan of steel frame walls that are pop riveted. Welded frames are much stronger and less flimsy when erecting. Other than that nice video

The only major downside to steel houses is that they conduct heat like crazy.
Use mineral wool or the brand Rockwool or one of the other types of similar insulation.
They need to start building like this in California especially since we have wildfires and earthquakes.
