It's true. I needed this reminder.
Furthermore, they're not remembering how they tricked you into believing they were the perfect best friend or lover. They've conveniently forgotten how they future faked and gave you lots of false hope.
They'll never admit that they are absolutely nothing without lies, deception and trickery.
a toxic relationship is like milk that was left outside in the sun on a hot vegas summer day in july, and became spoiled... you don't put it back in the fridge because you think it's going to smell and taste better tomorrow.

U are so right i was no contact with him for 3 years, then he called, and i was in a level 0, abuse and all of he is capable of, I learned my lesson, never ever again will make that mistake again, i am done hard but worth it😢😢😢thanks a lot

She created at least 4 separate email accounts. Duh. I was lost as a dog in tall weeds and she knew it. BTW, I share to help and support others. This happened years ago. What helped? Boundaries and a support system.
