I accept a slow miracle. I have followed Weight Watchers several times, and the weight just came back. But I remember the feeling I had when the weight loss was evident. As you said, I have been overweight for most of my life, I am 70 years old. This time it's different, I have lost 70 pounds and feel amazing but still have at least 30 more to go, these last pounds are a struggle for me so Yes I need God to help me because I cannot do this on my own, in Jesus name >>>>> I NEED a "weight-loss" MIRACLE ! I accept a slow miracle. I lose weight and gain it back and continue to eat late at night. I never realized I could ask God to help me with weight loss. I thought I should do this on my own, that it seemed selfish to ask God for help me with this. Thank you for your video and program!
I'm so glad you are turning to God for help and guidance. I can relate to your comment. I thought the same thing - this was "my" problem. Yet I see how that God is so good to come to us in our time of need. We don't have to fix ourselves to come to Him - which is good, since I can't do that without Him!

I accept the miracle!! I am 65 years old and have been fighting obesity since I had a bad motorcycle accident at 22 and had a severe head injury. I was always using massive amounts of exercise. At 65 with two bad knees and a fused back I still exercise but I am no longer physically capable of doing the amount of exercise required to lose weight. I NEED A MIRACLE!!

I am receiving a slow miracle as ive lost 70 # in two years after my son and husband died. Usually i would have turned to food but ii now turn to God for comfort and strength. 30 more pounds til my 100 # loss. I will make that this year with Gods help. Thank you Sarah for your encouragement this past year too.

I accept a miracle. The slow part is hard to accept, being honest, because I've always dieted hard and fast. But that hasn't served me well, so today I'm accepting an AT HIS PACE miracle!
Oh I completely relate to your comment about dieting hard and fast. That was me, too. I tend to be a cold turkey, all-or-nothing type of person. It has served me well in some ways, but in the long run it's not been good for my weight loss because it's just not sustainable.

I was a bulimic for 45 years. I prayed for God to help me to stop for years and years. 2 and 1/2 years ago I had that miracle. I heard another woman on a podcast t talking about how she had quit...and something g just clicked with me, listening g to all of the feelings she had had over her bulimic years. I vowed to stop and miraculously I did. I was so afraid that I would gain weight but I never purged again. I am so grateful for this but I am still about 30# overweight and at 65 I am frustrated and just want to have a healthy relationship with food.
I've been following Sara and have done your 3 day diet, I joined weight watchers last fall for 3 mos and lost a few pounds but gained that back and am back to where I started. I too pray every day for help.
Various stresses in my life presently don't help. I know the key for me is preparation and portions.

Losing weight to fast will cause loose skin and will cause depression and your self esteem will go down hill.
I been trying to lose weight for almost 10 years .I'm on antipsychotic injection. It slow down my metabolism and increase hunger. I tried . I tried keto, I tried fruit and vegatble. I just can't stop the hunger. When I try not to eat my head start hurting. My eyes be twitching. I tell the psychtrist all of them keep saying the same thing. Now I'm taking two meds for my diabetes and high blood pressure medication. I really don't like these injection. When I was on the hospital in 2015 a psychrtrist keep asking me do I want to get on the injection I keep telling him no like 6 times and than I gave up and said yes. This psychtrist was suppose to be a christian. I don't think he is a real believer. He is a Egyptian. I seen a Egyptian statue by his office. I don't trust him. A guy I knew who was in his care died of a heart attack because he got really big. I need God to bring a real believer psychtrist in my life that know what's best for me. Please pray for me that I will get my medication change and live healthy life.

The only way I could lose that 8 lbs was ittermittent fasting. Ive been through the change and my stomach makes me look pregnant. I hate my body. I feel ashamed🤬
