I am over the moon 🌙 with this talk of Michael I only came across it this week actually 4days ago and it is changing my life so much. Instead of being pulled into my friends misery I’m present to what’s going on and choose to keep in good form I am over 80 and only starting to feel joy and fun and getting the concept of observing. It’s just amazing it’s 4am in the morning and I’m listening to this talk I introduce anyone who is willing to listen just to listen to you speak and teach. I used to be constantly seeing and searching for things to make me happy and now I am just laughing at myself for all the struggles I’ve had in my life I haven’t got to the joy yet but I’m getting a glimpse. Thank you thank you thank you for sharing this free as I am still afraid of the internet because of the things people tell me about it I Sam se grateful for you tube and the good people who provide it for us who are in the fear mess

My biggest takeaway was to start cleaning out the inside of me and work towards feeling love 💕 inside.

I was so excited to exist! Always amazed. Always giving thanks with gratitude.
Flowing moment into moment. I had my dream job, and enjoy all my hobbies and activities. Then,... I listened to ol' timers at work that were retiring, they convinced me that it was a good thing, and we deserved/earned it.
It was the Biggest mistake.!
..... I feel into depression. I stressed to get back, but couldn't. I lost interest in everything. I have only regret . I also have anxiety and insomnia now. I'm now suffering day and night.
Depression is a mind destroyer.

No disrespect Michael Singer is brilliant talking about the inner voice talking in side our mind. He mentions that we only need to Relax and let go. The only problem is when you are caught up in Emotions you cannot remember to Relax and let go.

What do I really want…why I'm not okay, ... my loved ones that died to not have died... any tips or video he has on grief?...it's the past, let it go ? ....live in the present... but still...what goes on in me only, is missing my loved ones and wish they can enjoy the moment with me, or be alive knowing they are still enjoying the moment...but i guess that is ego and trying to control, things I cannot control, therefor he's right…the ''present'' is the ''gift'' we have. I can never get the gist of Michael Singer's message - something always seems to be missing when I keep trying to give him another chance. I was looking on here for the biggest take- aways but disappointed here too- because I don't see one!!!!!
What I get from Michael Singer is, whatever is missing or broken in my life, is actually within me. He helps me realize that what I think I want or need is often deeper than the superficial.

To quiet my monkeymind, is to SURRENDER to "What Is" in every moment of my life without resisting it and to TRUST, that the Universe (or God), by doing so, will lead me towards living a fulfilled life beyond my own( limited) imagination.

I don’t agree with him. It’s not fulfillment and satisfaction faction we desire. I think what we really all crave is experience. Whether it be good or bad we want to experience life. However, the way things are now many of us repeatedly do the same things day in and day out and just being satisfied and fuffiled doing the same thing is not why we were put on this world. We were put here to experience.
