I’ve been going through a really hard time lately. These Abide meditations have brought me so much peace. These prayers are so incredibly Powerful but not like some of the contrived prayers that have become popular use to get an emotional rise out of people and to manipulate emotions. I woke up Tuesday morning nauseous and vomiting. I was unable to keep even a small sip of water down. My nausea stayed with me all day and into the evening. I felt so terrible. Then I put this on and dozed off to it. I woke up completely better. Praise be to God.
