Oh, now I see why Carlo is so humble. He lost his dad. Everyone I know who lost a parent too early are some of the most compassionate people I’ve come across. Oh, and I got teary eyed because my grandfather’s name was also Antonio. 😢
I loved the speech of the man who was saying that we don’t lose someone when we get married we gain someone and an entire other family which is a blessing from God.

For someone who didn't know love (nor in childhood or in adulthood), watching this is a blessing. I hope one day I'll experience this with another man. Not sure if it's ever gonna happen, since men don't seem interested in serious relationships or marriage, but I still have a little hope. Knowing I was loved as a child by parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and good friends of my parents, I have brought that energy into every relationship I’ve had. Asked myself why I was crying then realised why. It’s because everyone dreams of this, everyone sees themselves with this kind of love but unfortunately it doesn’t bless everyone. I know I speak for many when I say I hope and pray I find this type of love one day. Sarah, although I’m highly jealous of you, I’m so proud of you for finding one of the last few good men out there. You’ve done it my love, you deserve this more than anyone. Carlo, thank you for showing the world exactly what and who a man should be. I have a few friends who are high school sweethearts as well as others who I have had the pleasure of celebrating 50 and 60 year anniversaries with them. I have my kids, which is a whole other level of love of which I am thankful for, but the love and companionship of a life long partner is priceless.
