Thank you so much for this video! My little one is 18 months old and I just found out I’m pregnant, so it’s time for us to wean. This video is so so helpful and I will definitely be taking your advice. My favorite part is that you offered the foot rub at the end to really keep that sacred connection.
For the midnight nursing, I am a single mom so I cant get dad involved,... What I would do when my toddler would wake up to nurse is that I would let her know that I needed to go to the restroom. When I would come back from the restroom she would be asleep. 😆💪
My 15 months old is less interested in nursing nowadays and preferred reading a book than nursing at bed time 🥹 I’m a bit sad about this, is this normal? Could I still nurse her till 2 year old? (We are nursing about 2-3 times a day now)
Loved the suggestions, especially the drink and the massage. Gonna give that a try. I just found out I am pregnant and by baby girl is 13 months, I think it will be so challenging. I am not sure if she will understand me so much, maybe she is too young? She wakes up 3 to 5 times a night and it is really tiring. I am co sleeping so it is so easy to offer the breast every time she wakes up but I will try to move away for a few nights. Wish me luck
I was hoping my 13 months old would wean herself but looks like I have to. Mouth full of teeth and I can’t anymore 😂😂😂 I’ll let y’all know how it goes.
My baby girl just turned 2 in February. I started weaning her through the night last week. So when she wakes up during the night, I give her water or let her at least touch my boob and then she falls right back asleep. I’d eventually like to wean her from nap time, bedtime, and morning sessions. It’s so hard though 😮💨.
