నేను 2006 లో అబు దుల్పుర్ మెట్ లో 260 గజాలు సైట్ కొన్నాను. అంతకు ముందు ఆ భూమి భూదాన్ ఉద్యమంలో రైతు govt. Ki donate చేసి వున్నారు . ఆ బుమికి పక్కన 2 ఏకర్స్ లో venture వేసి donte చేసిన బుమిలో కూడా కొంత బాగం venter లో కలిపి అమ్మనారు. సబ్ రిజిస్ట్రార్, mro, vro, venture వేసిన వక్తి, కలసి దొంగ ల ముఠా గా ఏర్పడి .. govt. Land ni మాకు registration చేశారు. Rs. 6,50,000/- 2006 year lo కొన్న డబ్బులు మొత్తం పోయాయి. ఇప్పుడు ఆ లాండ్ govt. పేద వాళ్ళకి 60 గజాలు చొప్పున పంచి ఇచ్చారు . Gp. Venture lo chala మోసాలు వుంటాయి. ఇలాంటివి ఇంకా ఎవరికి జరగకూదని. జాగ్రత.
సార్ నేను ఒక ప్లాట్ తీసుకున్న ఆ ప్లాట్ అసల్మెంట్ ల్యాండ్ నాకు నేను వేరే వాళ్ళ దగ్గర తీసుకున్న బిడి కార్మికుల దగ్గర కొనుక్కున్న నోటరీ చెయిఛనుపించుకున్న తర్వాత రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేపించుకున్న మున్సిపల్ లో మోటివేషన్ చేపించుకున్న గ్రామపంచాయతీలో ఇప్పుడు మున్సిపల్ అయింది నాకు హౌస్ నెంబర్ కూడా వచ్చింది ఇప్పుడు నిర్మానించుకుంటున్నా ఇప్పుడు వేరే వాళ్ల వచ్చి ఇది మాది అని చెప్పి గొడవ చేస్తున్నారు తీసుకపోయి నేను కోర్టులో వేసినా దానికి కొంచెం నాకు మా లాయర్ కూడా సపోర్ట్ చేస్తలేడు దీనికి కొంచెం ఎలాంటి సాయం అయినా నాకు కొంచెం అందించ దానికి ఏదైనా మార్గం ఉంటే చెప్పండి సార్

I faced the same issue in one of the maheshwaram well-known builder plots. That I booked the NE corner plot and agreement was made for the same after the payment was done. Unfortunately registration got delayed due to corona situations, and when i returned to the site after 6 months they told that is registered to someone else. They gave me another SE corner bit and offered me immediate registration. I dont have a confidence to fight through that, and hence compromised.

Sir please do a video about process and approaching govt officials regarding surveying of the gp approved ventures which do not have compound around the open plot layout venture inside ORR because people are erecting buildings and moving their plot around 5 feet and suggesting neighbor plot owners to build early and move to avoid legal cases and this has beca problem to adjacent plots of side by side layouts because of no compund around the venture

In a venture there is a one plot but in the layout the plot is not showing they told that the plot size is 700sqy so we are devided and registered to the three numbers the registration document is Present but in the same layout another big size plot also devided into ABCD PLOTS but whichever we are going to buy a plot that plot is NOT devided in final layout and not showing in final layout is it true, could I buy aplot in that venture ?

That software engineer must have registered agreement of sale on booking, in which case he would have won legally..if agreement of sale is not registered, then court considers it as the fault of the buyer only.

In status It is written "EO"
What does" EO "mean..
For some other ventures it is written
" IL issued.."
What does "IL "mean

Is there any chance to get mortagage released without (BT roads , water tank, electric lines, park developments) in Dtcp with rera approved layout.
In so many approved layouts I found mortgage release was done with out completing the developments and they are selling those released plots. How can we control this ?
