Dear Venkat I had almost watched your blogs on Real estate awareness and truly got educated on the subject which till now I believed to be based on manipulation and show window business. As some of my relatives and friends got cheated and lost huge amounts of their hard earned money I had a general distrust on this whole real estate business. Your teaching to the budding agents about moral and professional obligation on their part and stressing the point that they should deal the issue as they are the customer and understand what their expectations are. In future Real-estate agents name will also be present in notary doc and any disputes on property complained by customer, will directly pull agent into the legal responsibility. as well. This is how it works in West currently.

Real estate is the most opaque system . I see lot of litigation and encroachment issues once demand pickup for plots. NRI blindly invest and loosing money in india.
